【摘要】：科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理能夠?qū)?xiàng)目過(guò)程進(jìn)行有效控制和管理,及時(shí)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,能夠縮短項(xiàng)目工期,節(jié)省項(xiàng)目成本,降低項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文通過(guò)分析南寧市網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警平臺(tái)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理存在的問(wèn)題,找出該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理存在工期估算不合理、項(xiàng)目資源估算和資源處理不合理、對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量缺乏有效的控制管理、對(duì)不確定因素預(yù)判不足等主要問(wèn)題。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論和科學(xué)應(yīng)用工具,深入剖析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀,從科學(xué)制定項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度監(jiān)控、做好項(xiàng)目資源計(jì)劃和資源管理、理順溝通機(jī)制、對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的不確定因素等方面進(jìn)行分析,提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以具體的方法解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問(wèn)題和困難。本論文主要是對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行研究,提出解決影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度因素和難題的措施和方法,更好地對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Scientific project schedule management can effectively control and manage the project process, adjust and optimize in time, shorten the project duration, save the project cost and reduce the project risk. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the project schedule management of Nanning network information security monitoring and warning platform, this paper finds out that the project schedule management is unreasonable, the project resource estimation and resource processing are unreasonable. Lack of effective control and management of project quality, lack of predetermination of uncertain factors and other main problems. Combined with the relevant theories and scientific application tools of project schedule management, the present situation of project schedule management is deeply analyzed, and the project progress plan is scientifically formulated, the monitoring of project progress is strengthened, the project resource planning and resource management is done, and the communication mechanism is straightened out. This paper analyzes the uncertain factors affecting the progress of the project and puts forward the optimization countermeasures to solve the problems and difficulties existing in the project schedule management by concrete methods. This paper mainly studies the progress plan and schedule control of specific project construction, puts forward the measures and methods to solve the problems and factors affecting the progress of the project, and summarizes the practical experience and methods of project schedule management better.
