【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部現(xiàn)已成為建設(shè)企業(yè)最具活力的基層組織 ,也是我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目管理改革創(chuàng)新的落腳點(diǎn)。本文將這一組織機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)行周期劃分為四個(gè)階段 ,并對(duì)各個(gè)階段的管理工作藝術(shù)做了一些粗淺的探討。
[Abstract]:Project management department has become the most dynamic grass-roots organization of construction enterprises, and it is also the foothold of reform and innovation of engineering project management in China. This paper divides the running cycle of the organization into four stages and discusses the art of management in each stage.
