山東協(xié)和學(xué)院大學(xué)生實(shí)踐活動項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,組織大學(xué)生實(shí)踐活動有利于提升學(xué)生政治思想素質(zhì),可作為重要教育載體用于培養(yǎng)和鍛煉學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)。然而,根據(jù)多年來各高校學(xué)生組織活動整體情況來看:學(xué)生組織活動同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重、組織活動形式單一、創(chuàng)新缺乏;學(xué)生參與度不高、實(shí)效性較低、組織管理漏洞明顯。這些問題的存在使得這些活動本來所具有的可培養(yǎng)和鍛煉學(xué)生素質(zhì)能力的功能作用無法得到充分發(fā)揮。究其原因主要體現(xiàn)在:高校學(xué)生活動的組織與開展大多都是采用“計(jì)劃-規(guī)范”模式,也即先規(guī)劃活動內(nèi)容、流程和目標(biāo)等,然后依照計(jì)劃安排以既有的活動形式逐層往下鋪展和落實(shí)。然而學(xué)生往往都不太認(rèn)可這類活動形式;也不利于調(diào)動低層人員工作積極性;學(xué)生工作機(jī)械化,組織活動形式單一,固守成規(guī)喪失新意。組織者基本都是學(xué)生組織的高層,這些人因身處學(xué)生組織高層,對廣大學(xué)生缺乏足夠了解,無法針對學(xué)生特點(diǎn)及需求組織開展活動,由此造成多數(shù)學(xué)生主觀能動性偏低而處于被動位置。多數(shù)學(xué)生都會產(chǎn)生這樣的認(rèn)知:即活動組織沒自己什么事,當(dāng)為學(xué)生干部們的職責(zé)與任務(wù),使得學(xué)生中的眾多好想法都未能被挖掘出來,由此使學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力受到局限。學(xué)生組織為建立有效、科學(xué)的選拔與激勵(lì)機(jī)制,在開展工作時(shí)往往傾向于沿用往屆老舊模式,猶如舊瓶裝新酒,換芯不換裝,形式固化,缺乏創(chuàng)新。在這一形勢下,怎樣革新和改進(jìn)學(xué)生工作模式,建立健全與學(xué)生全面發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的學(xué)生活動管理模式,賦予其靈動性與創(chuàng)新性,是當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生工作迫切需要解決的問題。鑒于此,本文以山東協(xié)和學(xué)院為案例研究對象,首先闡述了課題的研究背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,論述了與課題相關(guān)的理論,分析了高校大學(xué)生活動項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)而在此基礎(chǔ)上以山東協(xié)和學(xué)院“挑戰(zhàn)杯”項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作實(shí)踐進(jìn)行研究,最后,分別從高校增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作政策扶持力度、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作環(huán)境的引導(dǎo)及管理機(jī)制、打造品牌項(xiàng)目三個(gè)方面提出了大學(xué)生活動項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作的完善策略,以期為山東協(xié)和學(xué)院大學(xué)生實(shí)踐活動項(xiàng)目管理提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:At present, organizing practical activities of college students is beneficial to the improvement of students' political and ideological quality, and can be used as an important educational carrier to cultivate and exercise students' comprehensive quality. However, according to the overall situation of the students' organization activities in colleges and universities for many years, the students' organizational activities are homogenized, the form of organization activities is single, the innovation is lacking, the degree of students' participation is not high, the effectiveness is low, and the loopholes of organization management are obvious. The existence of these problems makes the function of cultivating and training students' quality and ability that these activities have been unable to give full play. The main reasons are as follows: the organization and development of college students' activities mostly adopt the "plan-norm" model, that is, the content, process and objectives of the activities are first planned. Then according to the plan schedule in the form of existing activities down-layer spread and implementation. However, students often do not approve of this kind of activity form; it is also not conducive to mobilizing the work enthusiasm of low-level personnel; students' work mechanization, the single form of organization and activities, and the loss of the new idea of sticking to the rules and regulations. The organizers are basically senior members of the student organization. Because they are at the top of the student organization, they lack sufficient understanding of the students to organize activities according to the characteristics and needs of the students. As a result, most students are in a passive position because of their low subjective initiative. Most students will have the cognition that the activity organization has nothing of its own, and that the duties and tasks of the student cadres make many good ideas in the students fail to be excavated, which limits the creativity of the students. In order to establish an effective and scientific selection and incentive mechanism, students tend to follow the old model in their work, which is like the old bottle of new wine, the change of core, the form of solidification, the lack of innovation. Under this situation, how to innovate and improve the student work mode, establish and perfect the student activity management mode suitable for the students' all-round development, and endow it with the intelligence and innovation, is the urgent problem that needs to be solved in the current student work in colleges and universities. In view of this, this paper takes Shandong Union College as the case study object, first elaborated the research background, the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, discussed the related theories. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of college students' activity project operation, this paper makes a study on the "Challenge Cup" project operation practice of Shandong Union College. Finally, it strengthens the policy support of the project operation from colleges and universities. Strengthening the guidance and management mechanism of the project operation environment and building the brand project, this paper puts forward the perfect strategy of the university student activity project operation, in order to provide reference and reference for the practical project management of Shandong Union College students.
