鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司老區(qū)鐵礦山改建流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在全球范圍內(nèi),鐵礦石需求量高速增長,而國內(nèi)鐵礦石產(chǎn)量相對不足,這給鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)帶來巨大壓力的同時,又是從事鐵礦產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一個良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇期。 鞍鋼作為國有大型鋼鐵公司,目前可以掌控的鐵礦資源量約占我國已探明鐵礦石儲量(680億噸)的13.04%,占遼寧省探明儲量的67%。通過對鐵礦床深部及其外圍資源潛力的詳細(xì)分析,初步估計潛在資源量可達(dá)170億噸(不含已探明儲量)。但目前鞍鋼鐵礦石產(chǎn)量僅占全國總產(chǎn)量的5.79%,尤其以鞍山及遼陽弓長嶺周邊的鐵礦資源潛力巨大,F(xiàn)有的齊大山鐵礦、大孤山鐵礦、眼前山鐵礦、東鞍山鐵礦、鞍千礦業(yè)(胡家廟子)鐵礦和弓長嶺露天鐵礦等6座露天開采礦山,和弓長嶺井下鐵礦山優(yōu)良的資源儲量和開采條件,為新的市場形勢下擴(kuò)大開采規(guī)模提供了可靠的資源保證。 上述7座鐵礦山采區(qū)大多已有幾十年的開采歷史,隨著露天礦山向深凹開采的進(jìn)行,礦石產(chǎn)量規(guī)模呈下降趨勢,在一直沒有大的后續(xù)建設(shè)投入的前提下連續(xù)超產(chǎn)多年,也導(dǎo)致各礦山生產(chǎn)參數(shù)難以滿足礦山正常生產(chǎn)組織要求,設(shè)備消耗上升,鐵礦石產(chǎn)量不足造成選礦處理能力閑置,嚴(yán)重影響到礦山總體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。同時,由于多年的超負(fù)荷生產(chǎn),大部分骨干礦山已到了必須擴(kuò)界和開采過渡時期,目前設(shè)計境界內(nèi)的礦量已嚴(yán)重不足,礦山服務(wù)年限已到了相當(dāng)危急的時刻,急需進(jìn)行礦山項目的建設(shè)。 基于以上原因,從維護(hù)礦山企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),鞍鋼集團(tuán)公司擬對自身礦業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步規(guī)劃,滿足集團(tuán)公司對原料的需求,提高老區(qū)礦山生產(chǎn)工藝水平和總體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,打造高效穩(wěn)產(chǎn)的百年礦山。鞍鋼集團(tuán)以鞍鋼政[2010]90號文《關(guān)于對鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司老區(qū)鐵礦山改擴(kuò)建規(guī)劃項目予以核準(zhǔn)的請示》及附件“項目核準(zhǔn)申請報告”上報國家發(fā)改委,對礦業(yè)公司未來10年的產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,對具體增產(chǎn)項目和為前期在建工程的配套項目進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明,并對擬在未來5~10年建設(shè)的后續(xù)礦山項目進(jìn)行了展望。規(guī)劃項目實施后到2015年礦山的鐵礦石產(chǎn)量為6950萬噸/年,鐵精礦總產(chǎn)量為2300萬噸/年,新增鐵精礦750萬噸/年;到2020年礦山的鐵礦石產(chǎn)量為10100萬噸/年,鐵精礦總產(chǎn)量為3000萬噸/年,在2015年基礎(chǔ)上新增鐵精礦700萬噸/年。 該規(guī)劃是礦業(yè)公司未來10年發(fā)展的總體規(guī)劃,共包括鐵礦山改造續(xù)建和新建、選礦廠新建擴(kuò)建、尾礦庫改造擴(kuò)容在內(nèi)。具體有:對前期實施的項目進(jìn)行一定的配套工程建設(shè);對正在生產(chǎn)的齊大山鐵礦、鞍千礦業(yè)鐵礦、弓長嶺獨木采區(qū)進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建,延續(xù)這些礦山的生產(chǎn)能力;對已完成項目前期工作的關(guān)寶山鐵礦采選工程進(jìn)行建設(shè);對風(fēng)水溝尾礦庫和大孤山球團(tuán)廠尾礦庫進(jìn)行擴(kuò)容改造;張家灣鐵礦建設(shè)、谷首峪鐵礦建設(shè)、西鞍山鐵礦及選廠建設(shè)、黑石砬子鐵礦及選廠建設(shè)等。 本文針對鐵礦山改造項目,運用項目管理、流程分析和再造等管理理論,結(jié)合相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,,分析研究鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司老區(qū)鐵礦山改建規(guī)劃的需求,給出相應(yīng)的流程優(yōu)化方案。通過對改建流程中存在的問題的分析,建立適合本企業(yè)的流程優(yōu)化方案,為鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司老區(qū)鐵礦山改建提供方面提供支持,取得高效、完善的成果。
[Abstract]:In the global scope , the demand for iron ore is increasing rapidly , and domestic iron ore production is relatively insufficient , which brings great pressure to the production of iron and steel enterprises , and is a good development opportunity for the production enterprises of iron ore products .
As a state - owned large - scale steel company , Anshan Iron and Steel Co . , Ltd . is currently under control of 13.04 % of our country ' s proven reserves of iron ore ( 680 billion tons ) , accounting for 67 % of the proven reserves in Liaoning province .
Most of the above seven iron mine mountain mining areas have been mining history for several decades . With the development of open - pit mining and deep - concave mining , the production scale of ore is declining , and the production parameters of each mine are not enough to meet the requirements of the normal production organization of the mine , the equipment consumption is increased , and the shortage of iron ore production leads to idling of the ore dressing treatment capacity and seriously affects the overall economic benefit of the mine . At the same time , most of the mine shaft mines have been in need of expanding and mining the transition period , and the mine service life has been seriously insufficient , and the mine service life has reached a critical moment , and the construction of the mine project is urgently needed .
On the basis of the above reasons , from the perspective of maintaining sustainable development of mining enterprises , Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co . , Ltd . plans to further plan its own mining development strategy to meet the requirements of the group company on raw materials , improve the production process level and overall economic benefit of the old district mine , and make a detailed description of the output of the mining company in the next 10 years .
By 2020 , the output of iron ore in the mine is 101m tons / year , the total output of iron concentrate is 30 million tons / year , and the iron concentrate is added 7 million tons / year on the basis of 2015 .
The plan is the overall planning of the development of mining company in the next 10 years , including the renewal and construction of iron ore mountain reconstruction , the newly - built expansion of concentrator and the expansion of tailings pond .
The production capacity of these mines will be extended to the production of Zidashan iron ore , saddle thousand mining iron ore and the exclusive wood mining area of Gongchangling .
carrying out the construction of the Gubaoshan iron ore mining project which has completed the pre - project work of the project ;
The tailing pond of Fengshugou tailing and the tailing pond of Dawushan Pellet Plant are expanded and reformed ;
The construction of Zhangjiawan Iron Mine , the construction of the Valley Shouyu Iron Mine , the construction of the Iron Mine of the West Anshan Iron Mine , and the construction of the selected plant , the blackstone iron ore and the construction of the selected plant , etc .
Based on the management theory of project management , process analysis and reconstruction , this paper analyzes the demand of rebuilding the Laohuashan Iron Mine in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co . , Ltd . and gives the corresponding process optimization scheme . Through the analysis of the problems existing in the reconstruction process , this paper sets up a process optimization scheme suitable for the enterprise , and provides support for the reconstruction of Laohuashan Iron Mine in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co . , Ltd . , and achieves the results of high efficiency and perfect .
