【摘要】:隨著科技的日益發(fā)展,人類計算機理論與應用的舞臺廣泛涉足生活領域的時刻,信息技術與網(wǎng)絡通信技術給社會管理帶來了深刻的變革。在體制改革的大背景下,信息管理系統(tǒng)已經了成為研究領域中很重要的一個方面。 現(xiàn)在很多單位的信息管理,仍舊是按照傳統(tǒng)的人工操作來進行管理的,通過這種方法處理問題將會造成工作量巨大,使得信息管理的過程變得復雜且冗余,而且在后期查詢的過程中也會消耗比較大的時間和精力�;谏鲜銮闆r,構建一個用于處理信息的信息管理系統(tǒng)是非常必要的。 通過信息管理系統(tǒng),能夠使得信息的發(fā)布與信息的處理變得簡單流暢,并且可以實現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上處理工作,實現(xiàn)對工作采取網(wǎng)絡化模式的管理,能夠準確的提供用戶所需要的信息,用戶查詢起來非常的方便并且準確,,能夠保證信息的實時,全面,準確,有效的處理,能夠為單位的信息處理提供非常大的方便,并且從另一方面還能減少信息處理人員的工作量,為工作提供便利。 本文描述的就是基于信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括機構管理、人員管理、項目管理、系統(tǒng)維護等幾個子系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)操作方便,流程清晰,功能齊全。 本系統(tǒng)采用B/S結構,實現(xiàn)客戶端使用和服務端處理功能。系統(tǒng)采用java開發(fā)技術(J2EE平臺JSP,SSH框架)結合面向對象設計方法,使用Oracle XE,使用Spring整合Struts、hibernate框架技術實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫操作。采用tomcat部署項目,使得項目得以運行。 系統(tǒng)嚴格按照軟件項目開發(fā)的流程進行設計、開發(fā),對系統(tǒng)進行可行性分析、需求分析、概要設計。經過測試驗證,系統(tǒng)能夠順利運行。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the stage of human computer theory and application has been extensively involved in the field of life. Information technology and network communication technology have brought profound changes to social management. Under the background of system reform, information management system has become an important aspect in the research field. Nowadays, information management in many units is still managed according to the traditional manual operation. This method will cause a huge amount of work and make the process of information management become complex and redundant. And in the later query process will also consume a large amount of time and energy. Based on the above situation, it is necessary to build an information management system for processing information. Through the information management system, can make the information release and information processing become simple and smooth, and can realize the work on the net, realize the management of the network mode of work, can provide the information that the user needs accurately. User query is very convenient and accurate, can guarantee the real-time, comprehensive, accurate and effective processing of information, can provide very convenient for the unit of information processing, And from the other hand can also reduce the workload of information processing staff, to facilitate the work. This paper describes an information management system. The system includes several subsystems, such as organization management, personnel management, project management, system maintenance and so on. The system is easy to operate, clear flow and complete function. This system adopts B / S structure to realize the function of client and server. The system adopts java development technology and J2EE platform JSP SSH framework) combined with object oriented design method, using Oracle XE, using Spring integration Struts hibernate framework technology to realize database operation. Use tomcat to deploy the project, enabling the project to run. The system is designed and developed strictly according to the process of software project development, and the feasibility analysis, requirement analysis and outline design of the system are carried out. After testing, the system can run smoothly.
