【摘要】：就目前我國律師信息化建設現(xiàn)狀來看,本篇論文的研究目的是針對我國目前律師事務所信息化工作實際需求來進行分析和研究,提出一套以WEB為基礎(chǔ)的律師事務所信息管理體系,使該體系能夠滿足我國目前最普遍律師事務所的切實需求。讓該系統(tǒng)能夠真正的融合到律師事務所的日常工作和管理過程中,使其成為律師事務所在工作是的一個強有力的助手和保障。使律師事務所能夠更好的開展日常工作和管理,從而更好的對律師事務所進行改進和發(fā)展。本篇論文主要的研究內(nèi)容主要是針對我國國內(nèi)律師事務所全面信息化工作需求進行更為詳細和深入的分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果開發(fā)出一套以WEB為基礎(chǔ)的律師事務所的日常工作信息管理系統(tǒng)。在本文的撰寫過程中,針對律師事務所信息化系統(tǒng)的各個環(huán)節(jié)的具體流程進行詳細分析和敘述,同時對整個信息化工程項目進行實踐和分析,比如說針對項目的需求性,可行性,設計細節(jié),編碼,測試等進行詳細分析。其中可行性分析指的是項目背景和目的等因素進行分析,比如說項目管理系統(tǒng)的功能及性能需求以及戰(zhàn)略性目標實現(xiàn)等等。所謂的需求分析就是將例圖大綱詳細列出,從例圖中可以和客戶進行最直觀的交流,這樣也能夠避免和客戶產(chǎn)生理解上的誤差。所謂的概要設計是指將分析獲得的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件結(jié)構(gòu),比如說流程圖、ER圖等設計。當然改包括了一些非功能性設計,比如安全性,系統(tǒng)維護和系統(tǒng)性能設計等等。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation of lawyer informatization construction in China, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the actual needs of the informatization work of law firms in China. This paper presents a Web based information management system for law firms, which can meet the practical needs of the most common law firms in China. The system can be truly integrated into the law firm's daily work and management process, making it a strong assistant and guarantee for the law firm to work in. To enable law firms to better carry out daily work and management, so as to improve and develop the law firm. The main research content of this thesis is to carry out more detailed and in-depth analysis on the needs of the comprehensive informatization work of the domestic law firms in China. According to the analysis results, a Web-based information management system for the daily work of law firms is developed. In the writing process of this paper, the detailed analysis and description of the specific flow of each link of the information system of the law firm, and the practice and analysis of the whole information engineering project, such as the demand of the project, Feasibility, design details, coding, testing and so on for detailed analysis. The feasibility analysis refers to the analysis of the background and purpose of the project, such as the function and performance requirements of the project management system and the realization of the strategic objectives. The so-called requirement analysis is the detailed outline of the sample diagram, from the example diagram can be the most intuitive communication with the customer, so as to avoid the error of understanding with the customer. The so-called outline design is to transform the data obtained from analysis into data structure and software structure, such as flowchart / ER diagram design. Of course, the changes include some non-functional design, such as security, system maintenance, system performance design and so on.
