【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理作為一種全新的項(xiàng)目管理模式,在處理資源有限、時(shí)間緊張、關(guān)系龐雜、責(zé)任較大的項(xiàng)目上,具有其獨(dú)特和單一的創(chuàng)新模式。項(xiàng)目管理對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性與日俱增,早已變?yōu)楣驹鰪?qiáng)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的主要途徑之一�，F(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展需要IT技術(shù)的升級(jí)、優(yōu)化內(nèi)部管理、發(fā)展新業(yè)務(wù)等方面的支撐力量;銀行服務(wù)直接體現(xiàn)為IT技術(shù)的升級(jí),也包含了后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)和維護(hù)。拓展新業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程即將一個(gè)個(gè)新項(xiàng)目組合起來(lái),各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施是內(nèi)部管理優(yōu)化的途徑,項(xiàng)目管理正逐漸發(fā)展為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的第一助手,為其拓展業(yè)務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展等帶來(lái)了管理支持,而企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理也成為銀行項(xiàng)目管理的模范。不過(guò)目前的商業(yè)銀行在進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程匯總,常常會(huì)遭遇不少瓶頸與障礙。我們?cè)谶@里引進(jìn)了項(xiàng)目管理成功學(xué)派的現(xiàn)金理念,從項(xiàng)目管理的溝通交流、人力資源、質(zhì)量以及時(shí)間等方面出發(fā),全面分析了中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行遼寧省分行的戰(zhàn)略項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的整個(gè)過(guò)程,在該種研究的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了項(xiàng)目管理在非項(xiàng)目型企業(yè)的應(yīng)用。并進(jìn)一步提取成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),歸納經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),進(jìn)而從注重企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)長(zhǎng)期性等方面提出對(duì)應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。同時(shí)希望借助此案例研究成果,項(xiàng)目管理在我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)的應(yīng)用拓展多種研究思路,為增強(qiáng)其管理能力帶來(lái)一些借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As a new project management mode, project management has its unique and single innovation mode in dealing with projects with limited resources, tight time, complex relationship and high responsibility. Project management is becoming more and more important to the development of enterprises and has become one of the main ways for companies to strengthen their comprehensive competitiveness and develop their competitive advantages. The development of modern commercial banks requires the upgrading of IT technology, the optimization of internal management, the development of new business, etc. Bank services are directly reflected in the upgrading of IT technology, but also includes the research and development and maintenance of backstage systems. The process of expanding new business will be a combination of new projects. The implementation of each project is the way to optimize internal management. Project management is gradually developing into the first assistant to the development of modern commercial banks and expanding their business for them. Strategic development has brought management support, and enterprise project management has become the model of bank project management. However, the current commercial banks in the process of project management summary, often encounter a lot of bottlenecks and obstacles. We have introduced the cash concept of the successful School of Project Management here, starting with the communication, human resources, quality and time of project management. The whole process of strategic project implementation in Liaoning branch of China Construction Bank is analyzed. On the basis of the research, the application of project management in non-project enterprises is analyzed. Furthermore, the successful experiences are extracted, the experiences and lessons are summed up, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of paying attention to the corporate culture and the long-term nature of the enterprise management. At the same time, it is hoped that the application of project management in China's commercial banking industry will expand various research ideas and bring some referential significance to enhance its management ability with the help of this case study result.
