【摘要】:助爬器是一種輔助攀爬機(jī)器。它廣泛應(yīng)用于風(fēng)力發(fā)電廠的塔筒內(nèi),為需要攀爬垂直豎梯的工作人員提供向上的助力,以提高作業(yè)效率與作業(yè)安全性。本論文主要探討了常見助爬器的工作原理與主要功能,并通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)查與用戶溝通等方式,了解到普通助爬器在功能上存在控制功能少、操作不靈活、價(jià)格昂貴等不足之處。從技術(shù)上采用新的單片機(jī)直接控制助爬器操作的模式,對(duì)原有助爬器的進(jìn)行了功能升級(jí)改造,使得新助爬器不僅達(dá)到了原來助爬器的性能,而且擴(kuò)展了助爬器的功能,節(jié)省了成本,縮小了體積,為后續(xù)的功能擴(kuò)展與提升提供了硬件基礎(chǔ)。本文通過分析與記錄原助爬器的多種工作模式與功能狀態(tài)參數(shù),在理解其業(yè)務(wù)需求與工作環(huán)境條件的基礎(chǔ)上,用單片機(jī)控制助爬器的全部動(dòng)作,達(dá)到了原有的性能,并在功能上有所拓展。在生產(chǎn)過程中克服了傳感器與單片機(jī)接口匹配問題、惡劣環(huán)境下的電磁抗干擾問題,提高單片機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)控制程序的可靠性等實(shí)際問題,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了用單片機(jī)對(duì)助爬器控制器的改造,通過了工程驗(yàn)收并批量投產(chǎn),得了用戶的普遍認(rèn)可。本產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與工程實(shí)踐,為利用單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)助爬器提供了一套完整的解決方案,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)滿足用戶實(shí)際要求的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品有一定的借鑒意義。同時(shí)在項(xiàng)目管理(平衡時(shí)間成本與設(shè)備生產(chǎn)成本)上提供了一定的參考經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:A crawler is an auxiliary climbing machine. It is widely used in the tower and tube of wind power plant to provide upward assistance for workers who need to climb vertical ladder to improve work efficiency and safety. This paper mainly discusses the working principle and main functions of the common crawler, and through the way of market investigation and user communication, finds out that the common crawler has some shortcomings in function, such as less control function, inflexible operation, high price and so on. In technology, the new single-chip microcomputer is used to control the operation mode of the crawler directly, and the function of the original crawler is upgraded, which makes the new crawler not only achieve the performance of the original crawler, but also extend the function of the crawler. It saves cost, reduces the volume, and provides the hardware foundation for the subsequent function expansion and upgrading. Based on the analysis and recording of various working modes and functional state parameters of the original crawler, and on the basis of understanding its business requirements and working environment conditions, this paper controls all the movements of the crawler with a single chip microcomputer, and achieves the original performance. And in the function has expanded. In the process of production, the problems such as matching the interface between the sensor and the single chip computer, electromagnetic anti-interference in the harsh environment, and improving the reliability of the real-time control program of the single-chip microcomputer are overcome. Finally, the reconstruction of the crawler controller with single chip microcomputer was realized, and it passed the project acceptance and put into production in batches, which was generally accepted by the users. The design and engineering practice of this product provide a set of complete solution for the realization of industrial crawler by using single chip computer, which has certain reference significance for designing industrial products that meet the practical requirements of users. At the same time in the project management (balance time cost and equipment production cost) to provide some reference experience.
