【摘要】：為了有效地縮短船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的效率,分析了目前船舶設(shè)計(jì)的管理狀況,從生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)著手,介紹了依據(jù)日程計(jì)劃,充分考慮設(shè)計(jì)人員勞動(dòng)負(fù)荷,合理分配任務(wù);著重論述了用關(guān)鍵路徑的方法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,對(duì)人力資源優(yōu)化配置,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)及計(jì)劃作必要的調(diào)整,從而使整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)工作可以合理高效完成。船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)日程管理是船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵因素,因此,對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入研究和應(yīng)用,對(duì)于船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)工作的順利展開具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively shorten the period of ship production design and improve the efficiency of production design, this paper analyzes the management situation of ship design at present, introduces the work load of designer according to the schedule of production design. This paper mainly discusses how to monitor the design process in real time with the method of critical path, optimize the allocation of human resources, adjust the design task and plan, so that the whole design work can be completed reasonably and efficiently. The management of ship production design schedule is the key factor of ship production design. Therefore, it is of great significance for the smooth development of ship production and design to study and apply it in depth.
