【摘要】：邏輯框架方法是科研課題計劃、監(jiān)測和評價過程中使用的一個工具。它用于闡明項目投入與項目各級目標（研究活動、研究結(jié)果、項目目的和項目的總目標）間的邏輯關系。在形勢分析（問題分析、目標分析、戰(zhàn)略分析和參與人員分析）的基礎上，科研人員使用邏輯框架方法可以撰寫高質(zhì)量的項目文本；項目管理人員可以確定項目進展的監(jiān)測和評價指標以及項目達到預期結(jié)果所需具備的必要條件。邏輯框架方法因其簡潔、全面、易于掌握而在歐美等國家得到了廣泛的應用。
[Abstract]:A logical framework method is a tool used in the process of research project planning, monitoring and evaluation. It is used to clarify the logical relationship between project input and the objectives of the project at all levels (research activities, research results, project objectives and the overall objectives of the project). The basis of the situation analysis (problem analysis, objective analysis, strategic analysis and participant analysis) Researchers use logical framework methods to write high quality project texts; project managers can determine the monitoring and evaluation indicators of project progress and the necessary conditions for the project to achieve the desired results. The logical framework method has been widely used in European and American countries because of its simplicity, comprehensive and easy mastery.
