【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展，眾多建筑項(xiàng)目持續(xù)上馬開工，我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)對(duì)防雷防護(hù)的要求越來越高，在此背景下，防雷防護(hù)行業(yè)也得到了較快發(fā)展。但是受諸多因素的限制，防雷防護(hù)領(lǐng)域在項(xiàng)目管理上落后于其他領(lǐng)域。為了改善這種現(xiàn)狀的限制，加快防雷防護(hù)行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展，需要在項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目收益上下功夫，關(guān)于防雷防護(hù)的項(xiàng)目管理研究也就具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 項(xiàng)目管理從字面理解上就是管理者針對(duì)某一具體項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的有針對(duì)性的管理活動(dòng)。在防雷防護(hù)領(lǐng)域，具體的項(xiàng)目往往具有規(guī)模大、施工工期長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)要求高、工程設(shè)計(jì)面廣的特點(diǎn)，管理上也就相對(duì)復(fù)雜，存在的困難相對(duì)較多，因此需要重點(diǎn)研究具體的管理行為。本文針對(duì)防雷防護(hù)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題，，主要從項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量要求、項(xiàng)目的成本控制、項(xiàng)目的安全和速度等對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行研究分析，通過科學(xué)、合理、嚴(yán)格的研究找出提高管理和質(zhì)量、降低成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、最終實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)的途徑和方法。 L雷電防護(hù)公司是一家在該領(lǐng)域具有代表性的公司，本文選取該公司作為研究分析對(duì)象，首先對(duì)該公司項(xiàng)目管理中存在的質(zhì)量、安全等問題進(jìn)行分析研究，然后根據(jù)存在的問題逐一找出解決對(duì)策。通過對(duì)典型公司具體問題的分析研究，不僅對(duì)該公司具有借鑒意義，更有利于促進(jìn)防雷防護(hù)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的整體提升和改善，促進(jìn)該行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of national economy, many construction projects continue to start, the construction industry in our country has higher and higher requirements for lightning protection, under this background, the lightning protection industry has also been developed rapidly. However, due to many factors, lightning protection field lags behind other fields in project management. In order to improve the limitation of this situation and accelerate the market-oriented development of the lightning protection industry, we need to work hard on project management and project income. The research on project management of lightning protection is also of great practical significance. Project management is literally the targeted management activity implemented by the manager for a specific project. In the field of lightning protection, specific projects are often characterized by large scale, long construction period, high technical requirements, wide engineering design, relatively complex management, and relatively many difficulties. Therefore, we need to focus on the specific management behavior. Aiming at the problems existing in the project management of lightning protection industry, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the project management from the project quality requirements, the project cost control, the project safety and the project speed, etc., through the scientific, reasonable, and so on, The strict research finds out the ways and methods to improve management and quality, reduce cost and risk, and finally achieve the expected goal. The company is a representative company in this field. In this paper, we select the company as the research and analysis object. Firstly, the problems of quality and safety in the project management of the company are analyzed and studied, and then the solutions are found out one by one according to the existing problems. Through the analysis and research on the specific problems of typical companies, it is not only useful for the company to use for reference, but also helpful to promote the overall promotion and improvement of the project management of the lightning protection industry, and to promote the marketization of the industry.
