【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)90年代至今,建筑行業(yè)作為我國的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)支撐產(chǎn)業(yè),在國內(nèi)快速的發(fā)展壯大起來。在強(qiáng)大的市場需求背景中,質(zhì)量顯然屬于其中極為關(guān)鍵的籌碼之一。在巨大的市場需求面前,如何加強(qiáng)自身的質(zhì)量管理水準(zhǔn),提升建筑工程質(zhì)量,就目前來說,是擺在每個企業(yè)需要處理的關(guān)鍵問題。盡管當(dāng)前中國在工程質(zhì)量控制方面有著顯著的發(fā)展,但是仍然需要下大氣力不斷摸索探尋適合自己自身特色的質(zhì)量控制模式,在原有的建設(shè)水平基礎(chǔ)上再上一個臺階。論文通過對酈秀小區(qū)項(xiàng)目的真實(shí)案例分析,研究其在質(zhì)量控制方面的具體方案,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)綜合的開發(fā)水平,屬于論文分析的核心內(nèi)容。依靠針對該項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量管理上各種問題的深入論述,通過文獻(xiàn)和調(diào)查法有效綜合的模式,同時綜合研究歸納等方法的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用,參考建筑工程、項(xiàng)目管理等多個學(xué)科的具體定義,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了歸納、總結(jié)和研究。將酈秀小區(qū)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理三階段中實(shí)施階段所包括的質(zhì)量控制作為討論對象。對質(zhì)量控制的基本概念進(jìn)行了闡述,對質(zhì)量控制的基本方法進(jìn)行了論述。以此為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步探討項(xiàng)目具體執(zhí)行之中的質(zhì)量控制理論,包括基礎(chǔ)理論、工程質(zhì)量的影響因素、質(zhì)量控制常見方式等基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容。隨后,針對整體的控制狀況開展論述,以配套的控制方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)為核心,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建配套的預(yù)防規(guī)劃。然后針對工程質(zhì)量如何控制從施工準(zhǔn)備階段和實(shí)施階段進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。最后,對工程質(zhì)量控制的執(zhí)行成效做了深入研究,通過職能部門的監(jiān)督評價(jià)方式對地基與基礎(chǔ)分部工程進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量評價(jià),從根本上保證了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量既定目標(biāo)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990's, the construction industry, as the main economic support industry, has developed rapidly in China. In the context of strong market demand, quality is clearly one of the most critical chips. In the face of the huge market demand, how to strengthen their own quality management level, improve the quality of construction projects, for the present, is placed in every enterprise need to deal with the key issues. In spite of the remarkable development of engineering quality control in China at present, it is still necessary to make great efforts to explore the mode of quality control suitable for China's own characteristics, and to take it to a higher level on the basis of the original construction level. Through the real case analysis of the Lixiu district project, this paper studies its concrete scheme in quality control, and further strengthens the comprehensive development level, which belongs to the core content of the paper analysis. Depending on the in-depth discussion of various problems in quality management of the project, the systematic application of the methods such as effective integration of literature and investigation methods, comprehensive research and induction, and so on, are referred to the construction engineering. Project management and other disciplines of specific definitions, on the basis of induction, summary and research. The quality control included in the three stages of construction project management in Lixiu district is taken as the object of discussion. The basic concept of quality control and the basic method of quality control are expounded. On this basis, the quality control theory in the implementation of the project is further discussed, including the basic theory, the influencing factors of engineering quality, the common ways of quality control, and so on. Then, according to the whole control situation, the paper discusses the control method and experience as the core, and then constructs the supporting prevention plan. Then how to control the quality of the project from the construction preparation stage and the implementation stage are described in detail. Finally, the implementation effect of project quality control is deeply studied, and the quality evaluation of foundation and foundation engineering is carried out through the supervision and evaluation of functional departments, which basically ensures the realization of the established goal of project quality.
