【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理在當(dāng)代的施工管理中已經(jīng)逐漸完善并隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)在大幅度的進(jìn)步,然而在國(guó)內(nèi)我們只是剛剛引入這項(xiàng)管理技術(shù)沒(méi)多久,還沒(méi)有很好地利用它。許多企業(yè)和個(gè)人對(duì)于這類管理技術(shù)還不是特別認(rèn)可,在地鐵工程建設(shè)中不能夠很好的加以利用。地鐵工程施工過(guò)程中拖延工期、概算超支、質(zhì)量低劣等問(wèn)題日益突出,利用項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)即可很好的解決這些施工中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。如何讓企業(yè)盡快理解項(xiàng)目管理的真正含義進(jìn)而真正地去采用項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),是我們面臨的難題,也是我們要對(duì)施工企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究的重要內(nèi)容。本文借助長(zhǎng)春地鐵1號(hào)線出入段線區(qū)間的開工建設(shè),全面考察國(guó)內(nèi)施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理工作。該項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值高,施工時(shí)間長(zhǎng),技術(shù)難度大,項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)實(shí)施的有效度直接決定了施工質(zhì)量的好壞。因此,本文以長(zhǎng)春地鐵1號(hào)線出入段線區(qū)間工程建設(shè)中實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)為對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)對(duì)本工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中所采取項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)后取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,找出影響施工單位項(xiàng)目管理水平的原因,為項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)在我國(guó)地鐵施工中能夠得到更好的發(fā)展而貢獻(xiàn)一份自己的力量。
[Abstract]:Project management has been gradually improved in the contemporary construction management and has made great progress with the development of science and technology. However, we have only just introduced this management technology in our country, and have not made good use of it. Many enterprises and individuals are not particularly recognized for this kind of management technology, which can not be used well in subway construction. In the construction process of subway project, the problems such as delaying the construction period, overspending the budget estimate and inferior quality are becoming more and more prominent. The problems in the construction can be solved well by using the project management technology. How to make enterprises understand the real meaning of project management and then adopt project management technology as soon as possible is a difficult problem we face, and it is also an important content for us to study the project management of construction enterprises in detail. With the help of the construction of the entrance and exit section of Changchun Metro Line 1, this paper investigates the project management of domestic construction enterprises. The value of the project is high, the construction time is long, and the technical difficulty is great. The effectiveness of the project management technology directly determines the quality of the construction. Therefore, this paper takes the project management technology implemented in the construction of the entrance and exit section of Changchun Metro Line 1 as the object of study. Through the detailed analysis of the successful experience and lessons learned from the project management technology adopted in the construction process of the project, the reasons that affect the project management level of the construction unit are found out. Contribute to the better development of project management technology in China's subway construction.
