【摘要】：透析中心的水處理建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，主要為血液透析診療患者提供透析用水。該項(xiàng)目面臨著項(xiàng)目的投資價(jià)值,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的不確定，投資回報(bào)率等眾多問題。并且，一個(gè)水處理建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，無論其規(guī)模大小，必然會(huì)為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)所有者在管理、業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)等多方面帶來變革，這就使水處理建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有較高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn)。 本文應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的有關(guān)理論研究，結(jié)合透析中心和項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)實(shí)調(diào)研，，從環(huán)境，物，組織和人員等方面因素，識(shí)別出項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，運(yùn)用層次分析方法對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并提出具有針對(duì)性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)與監(jiān)控的措施，為水處理建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系，包括項(xiàng)目總體研究，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制對(duì)策等內(nèi)容，提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The water treatment project of dialysis center mainly provides dialysis water for hemodialysis patients. The project is faced with many problems, such as investment value, uncertainty of risk factors, return on investment and so on. Moreover, a water treatment construction project, regardless of its size, will inevitably bring changes to the project owners in many aspects, such as management, business operations, etc. This makes the water treatment construction project have the characteristics of high risk. This paper applies the relevant theory research of project risk management, combining with the reality investigation of dialysis center and project, from the aspects of environment, material, organization and personnel, etc. Identify the risk of the project, use the analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate the risk, and put forward the targeted measures to deal with and monitor the risk, for water treatment construction project risk management system, including the overall project research, risk analysis, Risk evaluation, risk control countermeasures and other content, to provide the basis.
