【摘要】：“國家 305項(xiàng)目”在組織科技攻關(guān)中推行以“地質(zhì)科研—普查勘探—礦產(chǎn)開發(fā)一體化”為特色的科技經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化模式。本文著重闡明了這一模式的理論與實(shí)踐，強(qiáng)調(diào)指出該模式的基本點(diǎn)對(duì)全國科技—經(jīng)濟(jì)界 (特別是地礦行業(yè) )提供了一個(gè)具有一定普遍意義的參照系，擬在有關(guān)重大科技攻關(guān)活動(dòng)、深化科技—經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革、開展西部資源大開發(fā)時(shí)予以借鑒。
[Abstract]:The "National 305 Project" carries out the integration model of science and technology with the characteristics of "integration of geological scientific research, general survey, exploration and mineral development" in organizing scientific and technological research. This paper emphatically expounds the theory and practice of this model, and emphasizes that the basic points of this model provide a universal reference frame for the national sci-tech and economic circles, especially the geological and mineral industry. It is to be used for reference when dealing with key scientific and technological activities, deepening the reform of the sci-tech and economic system, and carrying out the large-scale development of western resources.
