【摘要】：:江埡工程系部分利用世行貸款投資建設的國家重點工程。電站主要機電設備和材料均嚴格實行招投標。在積極推行“三大制度”的基礎上 ,針對機電安裝工程的特點 ,探索了新形勢下適合中國國情的管理模式和管理方法 ,制定并實施了一整套較為完善的項目管理制度和辦法 ,效果明顯。 1998年底 1號機組具備發(fā)電條件 ,1999年 5月 1、2號機并網(wǎng)發(fā)電 ,取得了良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益
[Abstract]:Jiangya Engineering Department, part of the use of World Bank loans to invest in the construction of the state key projects. The main mechanical and electrical equipment and materials of the power station are strictly implemented in bidding. On the basis of actively implementing the "three major systems" and in view of the characteristics of the mechanical and electrical installation projects, this paper explores the management models and management methods suitable for China's national conditions under the new situation. Developed and implemented a set of relatively perfect project management system and method, the effect is obvious. At the end of 1998, Unit No. 1 was equipped with the conditions for generating electricity, and the No. 1 and No. 2 generators were connected to grid power generation in May, 1999, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
