延長(zhǎng)石油EPC石化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量是項(xiàng)目主要目標(biāo)中的重要構(gòu)成部分,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是整個(gè)項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵因素之一。在EPC總承包項(xiàng)目管理中項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)作為業(yè)主方、總承包方以及監(jiān)理方的一個(gè)共同目標(biāo),成為項(xiàng)目管理中的焦點(diǎn)。與國(guó)外相比,國(guó)內(nèi)EPC總承包項(xiàng)目因各相關(guān)方在質(zhì)量意識(shí)、管理程序以及利益平衡等方面存在的差異,各相關(guān)方對(duì)整個(gè)EPC項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理模式、管理方法和水平還存在很多需要改進(jìn)和完善的地方。本文通過(guò)對(duì)EPC總承包管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理以及國(guó)內(nèi)外EPC總承包項(xiàng)目中質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論的研究,結(jié)合延長(zhǎng)石油EPC石化項(xiàng)目12萬(wàn)噸/年乙苯/苯乙烯項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié)和分析,指出存在工期不合理、各責(zé)任方質(zhì)量控制執(zhí)行力差、成本與質(zhì)量控制間的矛盾等八個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外EPC總承包項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論,本文對(duì)延長(zhǎng)石油EPC石化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的模式進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并提出在這一模式下通過(guò)健全質(zhì)量管理程序文件,推行先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理方法和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量文化建設(shè)等方式來(lái)改進(jìn)延長(zhǎng)石油EPC石化工程的質(zhì)量管理水平。本文對(duì)延長(zhǎng)石油后續(xù)EPC項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的質(zhì)量管理和國(guó)內(nèi)其它企業(yè)石化項(xiàng)目EPC總承包過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量管理有著一定的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Project quality is an important component of the main objective of the project, and project quality management is one of the key factors for the success or failure of the whole project. As a common goal of owner, contractor and supervisor, the realization of project quality goal in EPC general contracting project management has become the focus of project management. Compared with foreign countries, the quality management mode of domestic EPC general contracting project is different from each other in terms of quality consciousness, management procedure and benefit balance, etc. Management method and level still have a lot of need to improve and perfect place. Through the research of EPC general contract management, project quality management and the theory of quality management in domestic and foreign EPC general contracting projects, Combined with the summary and analysis of the present situation of the quality management mode of the 120000 t / a ethylbenzene / styrene project in Yanchang EPC Petrochemical Project, it is pointed out that the time limit is unreasonable and the quality control execution ability of each responsible party is poor. The contradiction between cost and quality control, etc. Based on the experience of quality management of EPC general contract project at home and abroad and applying modern project quality management theory, this paper optimizes the mode of quality management of extended petroleum EPC petrochemical project. It is also put forward that the quality management level of extended petroleum EPC petrochemical project can be improved by perfecting the quality management procedure files, carrying out advanced quality management methods and the construction of project quality culture under this mode. This paper has a certain reference and reference function for extending the quality management of EPC project construction and the quality management in the process of EPC general contracting of other petrochemical projects in other domestic enterprises.
