【摘要】：我國(guó)的水土流失治理可以追溯至西周初期 ,《佚周書(shū)》、《孟子》、《荀子》等對(duì)山林和其他方面的保護(hù)有記述。我國(guó)近代的水土保持始于 2 0世紀(jì) 30年代。水土保持法的頒布 ,為防治水土流失提供了法律保障。我國(guó)的水土保持措施年增產(chǎn)糧食 170億kg ,年減少土壤侵蝕 15億t多。水土流失仍是我國(guó)當(dāng)今最大的環(huán)境問(wèn)題 ,因此要加大水土保持力度 ,強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目管理 ,提高資金使用效率
[Abstract]:The control of soil erosion in China can be traced back to the early Western Zhou Dynasty. The protection of mountains and forests and other aspects of the conservation of mountain forests and other aspects are described by "Yi Zhou book >", "Mencius >" and "Xunzi >". The water and soil conservation of our country began in 1930s. The law of soil and water conservation has provided legal protection for the prevention and control of soil erosion. China's soil and water conservation measures have increased grain production by 170 in China. The soil erosion is 1 billion 500 million T more than 1 billion 500 million T in the year. Soil erosion is still the biggest environmental problem in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the strength of soil and water conservation, strengthen the management of the project and improve the efficiency of the use of funds.
