【摘要】：隨著高校信息化建設(shè)的不斷深入,高校獎學(xué)金、助學(xué)金管理信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為完善、規(guī)范高校獎助學(xué)金管理的重要舉措。本文結(jié)合云南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院獎學(xué)金、助學(xué)金管理現(xiàn)狀,深入分析了當(dāng)前高校獎學(xué)金、助學(xué)金管理面臨的問題和信息化需求,并運(yùn)用軟件工程面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì)方法,在用例分析基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了學(xué)生信息管理、獎助學(xué)金項(xiàng)目管理、獎助學(xué)金申請管理、獎助學(xué)金審批管理、學(xué)生誠信管理、獎助學(xué)金發(fā)放管理以及財(cái)務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的功能,同時(shí)對系統(tǒng)中每一個(gè)功能模塊的操作流程進(jìn)行了描述。通過本文的研究,利用信息化管理方式對高校獎學(xué)金、助學(xué)金管理流程進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì)。從而進(jìn)一步規(guī)范了高校獎助學(xué)金評審過程,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)了高校獎學(xué)金、助學(xué)金管理的質(zhì)量和水平。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the information construction in colleges and universities, the information construction of university scholarships and grant management has become an important measure to perfect and standardize the administration of scholarships in colleges and universities. Combined with the present situation of scholarship and grant management in Yunnan Traffic Vocational and Technical College, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and information needs faced by the management of scholarships and grants in colleges and universities, and applies the object-oriented design method of software engineering. On the basis of use case analysis, the functions of student information management, scholarship project management, scholarship application management, scholarship examination and approval management, student integrity management, scholarship grant management and financial statistics are designed in detail. At the same time, the operation flow of each function module in the system is described. Through the research of this paper, the flow of university scholarship and grant management is redesigned by using information management method. It further standardizes the evaluation process of university scholarship and strengthens the quality and level of university scholarship and grant management.
