【摘要】：近年來,基于學習目標的企業(yè)培訓課程設(shè)計與實施已成為企業(yè)培訓實踐工作的重要內(nèi)容,但許多企業(yè)的培訓工作依然難以對經(jīng)營業(yè)務形成有力支撐。本文首先通過理論回顧,總結(jié)歸納了學習目標、"721"學習法則以及課程設(shè)計與實施之間的邏輯關(guān)系框架;然后,選擇華為大學的C8項目管理資源池培訓項目為案例,依據(jù)此邏輯框架對華為大學學習項目的規(guī)劃設(shè)計與交付實施全過程進行分析,深入探討了課程設(shè)計與實施如何實現(xiàn)學習目標的過程機制;最后,針對企業(yè)如何基于學習目標有效開展培訓工作提出了建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the design and implementation of enterprise training courses based on learning objectives has become an important part of enterprise training practice, but many enterprises' training work is still difficult to form a strong support for business operations. In this paper, the learning goal, the "721" learning principle and the logical relationship between curriculum design and implementation are summarized through theoretical review, and then the C8 project management resource pool training project of Huawei University is selected as a case study. According to this logical framework, the whole process of the planning, design and implementation of the learning project of Huawei University is analyzed, and the process mechanism of how to realize the learning goal in the course design and implementation is discussed. Some constructive suggestions on how to effectively carry out training based on learning goals are put forward.
