【摘要】：介紹了提高軟件質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在,分析項目管理及其普遍存在的問題。針對項目管理脫離客戶的現(xiàn)象,提出以客戶滿意為中心,并探討了客戶驅(qū)動的項目管理方法。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the key to improve the software quality, analyzes the project management and its common problems. In view of the phenomenon that project management is divorced from customers, this paper puts forward customer satisfaction as the center, and probes into the method of customer driven project management.
