【摘要】:通信行業(yè)不僅需要投入大量的資金,而且需要強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。伴隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨激烈,通信行業(yè)也不例外。我國(guó)通信行業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)以及投資增長(zhǎng)局面的形成主要由兩方面原因:一是國(guó)內(nèi)各大運(yùn)營(yíng)商角逐市場(chǎng),二是國(guó)外一些運(yùn)營(yíng)商制造企業(yè)將逐步進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。3G牌照的進(jìn)一步發(fā)放將促使我國(guó)通信市場(chǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)、收入、固定資產(chǎn)投資總量進(jìn)入一個(gè)高峰期。相比于制造業(yè)等其他行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)組織方式而言,通信企業(yè)具有自己的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)。通信企業(yè)以網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)為核心,以為用戶提供通信服務(wù)而獲利為目的。由于通信市場(chǎng)投資和規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)生了成千上萬(wàn)的、投資規(guī)模超大的、跨地區(qū)跨省市的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。面對(duì)如此眾多的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,要想達(dá)到節(jié)約成本并如期完成工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的目的,采取科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理方式、方法,合理的項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)管理信息進(jìn)行管理是最好的選擇。因此建立一個(gè)科學(xué)有效的通信工程項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)通信工程項(xiàng)目高效率、高質(zhì)量實(shí)施具有重要意義。為便于實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù),本系統(tǒng)采用MVC三層架構(gòu),將系統(tǒng)的模型層、視圖層與控制層分離,以達(dá)到解耦目的。系統(tǒng)基于Java EE開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器采用SQLSERVER2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。全局的統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證采用CAS服務(wù)。本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊從需求析到需求建模都是采用軟件程思想利用UML建模工具進(jìn)行建模設(shè)計(jì)。本課題開(kāi)發(fā)的基于J2EE的湖州市通信產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)有限公司項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)主要包括如下功能:客商管理功能,包括分包商管理和客戶管理;招投標(biāo)管理功能,包括招標(biāo)審批、和投標(biāo)審批;合同管理功能,包括合同檔案管理和合同審批管理;工程項(xiàng)目管理功能,包括施工單管理、單項(xiàng)工程管理和工程材料管理;查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,包括客戶查詢、分包商查詢、供應(yīng)商查詢、建設(shè)單位查詢、工程查詢、項(xiàng)目查詢和合同查詢;系統(tǒng)管理功能,包括用戶管理、機(jī)構(gòu)管理、權(quán)限管理、數(shù)據(jù)備份和數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:The communication industry needs not only a large amount of funds but also strong technical support. With the continuous development of the market economy in China, the competition of all walks of life is becoming increasingly fierce, and the communication industry is no exception. The formation of the diversification and investment growth situation in China's communications industry is mainly due to two reasons: first, the big domestic The operators are competing for the market, two is that the further distribution of.3G license in the domestic market will be gradually entered by some foreign operators in foreign countries. The total amount of the business, income and fixed assets investment in the communication market of our country enters a peak period. Compared to the production organization mode of other industries such as manufacturing industry, the communication enterprise has its own industry. The communication enterprise takes the network construction and the network service as the core, and makes the profit for the users to provide the communication service. Because of the expansion of the investment and scale of the communication market, thousands of projects have been produced and the project construction projects across the region and provinces and cities are large in scale of investment. It is the best choice to adopt scientific project management mode, method and reasonable project information management system to manage information. Therefore, establishing a scientific and effective communication engineering project management information system has high efficiency and high quality implementation. In order to facilitate the development and maintenance of the system, the system adopts the MVC three layer architecture, separates the system model layer, view layer and control layer to achieve the purpose of decoupling. The system is based on the Java EE development platform, the database server adopts the SQLSERVER2008 database. The global unified identity authentication adopts the CAS service. This paper is on the system The function module from the requirement analysis to the requirement modeling all uses the software process idea to use the UML modeling tool to carry on the modeling design. The project management system of the Huzhou communication industry service limited company based on J2EE mainly includes the following functions: the management function of the merchants, including the subcontractor management and the customer management; the bidding management Function, including bidding examination and approval, and bidding examination and approval; contract management functions, including contract archives management and contract approval management; project management functions, including construction sheet management, single project management and engineering material management; query and statistical functions, including customer inquiry, subcontractor inquiry, supplier inquiry, construction unit inquiry, engineering check. Inquiries, project inquiries and contract inquiries; system management functions, including user management, organization management, authority management, data backup and data recovery.
