A市警校體改生管理項(xiàng)目的研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,社會(huì)環(huán)境和治安形勢(shì)愈加復(fù)雜,這就對(duì)公安民警的警務(wù)技能、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)等各方面提出了更高的要求,而相應(yīng)地對(duì)公安院校來說,如何適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)公安工作和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的需要,進(jìn)一步突出公安專業(yè)教育、提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量、加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理,培養(yǎng)出合格的新警隊(duì)伍,是必須直面和認(rèn)真思考的重大課題。故而對(duì)公安院校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理以項(xiàng)目管理的理念和方式進(jìn)行管理,以培養(yǎng)出具有合格的警察意識(shí)、過硬的警務(wù)技能、具備警察工作所需要的基本素質(zhì)的新警隊(duì)伍為目標(biāo),是新時(shí)期公安院校對(duì)學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理新的嘗試,是突破傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理模式引入新的科學(xué)管理理論應(yīng)用有效的實(shí)踐。本文的研究在上述背景下,對(duì)公安院校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理項(xiàng)目中的人力資源管理模式進(jìn)行了深入地探討,并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理中人力資源管理的理論知識(shí)和公安院校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理的人力資源管理實(shí)施,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,將研究重點(diǎn)主要集中在人力資源管理方面。通過本文的分析研究,可以形成公安院校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理項(xiàng)目人力資源管理模式的理論框架,開拓思路、總結(jié)不足,從而在理論上豐富公安院校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的研究。目前公安教育的改革創(chuàng)新正在進(jìn)程之中,本文的研究希望可以拋磚引玉,推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)公安院校對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理理論在學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理中的應(yīng)用研究。本篇論文將基于夯實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ),并借助科學(xué)的分析手段,以期探尋到一種適合新時(shí)期警校學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理的項(xiàng)目人力資源管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí),將在研究中結(jié)合理論分析與實(shí)例論證,說明一系列針對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、沖突管理、成員激勵(lì)的有效實(shí)施方法。本文綜述了項(xiàng)目管理理論,介紹了項(xiàng)目管理的概念,以A市警校體改生學(xué)生隊(duì)伍管理項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,介紹了A市警校的基本現(xiàn)狀,分析了實(shí)施體改生項(xiàng)目管理的必要性、可行性,提出了體改生項(xiàng)目管理的若干原則問題及項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施,進(jìn)一步論證了該模式的可行性和可操作性,具有在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中的指導(dǎo)意義。文章最后對(duì)體改生的項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行了展望與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the rapid development of our country's social economy, the social environment and the situation of public security have become more complicated, which has put forward higher requirements for the police skills and professional quality of the police. Accordingly, for public security colleges and universities, how to adapt to the needs of our country's public security work and team construction under the new situation, how to further highlight the public security professional education, improve the teaching quality, strengthen the management of the student team, and train the qualified new police force. It is a major subject that must be faced and seriously considered. Therefore, the management of students' team in public security colleges and universities is based on the concept and method of project management. The aim is to cultivate a new police force with qualified police consciousness, excellent policing skills and basic qualities required by police work. It is a new attempt to manage the student team in the public security colleges and universities in the new period, and it is an effective practice to introduce new scientific management theory into the traditional student team management mode. Under the above background, this paper deeply discusses the human resource management mode in the project of student team management in public security colleges and universities. Combined with the theoretical knowledge of human resource management in project management and the implementation of human resource management of student team management in public security colleges, this paper makes a systematic analysis, and focuses on human resource management. Through the analysis and research in this paper, we can form the theoretical framework of the human resource management mode of the student team management project in public security colleges and universities, open up ideas and summarize the deficiencies. Therefore, it enriches the research of human resource management of student team management project in public security colleges and universities in theory. At present, the reform and innovation of public security education is in the process of reform and innovation. The research in this paper hopes that the research can be used to promote the application of the project management theory in the management of students in the domestic public security colleges and universities. This paper will be based on a solid theoretical basis, and with the help of scientific analysis means, in order to explore a new era for the management of the police academy student team management project human resources management organizational structure. At the same time, a series of effective implementation methods aiming at team building, conflict management and member motivation will be illustrated by theoretical analysis and case study. This paper summarizes the theory of project management, introduces the concept of project management, taking the project of student team management in city A police school as the research object, introduces the basic status quo of police school in A city, and analyzes the necessity of implementing the project management. This paper puts forward some principle problems of the project management and the concrete implementation of the project, and further demonstrates the feasibility and operability of the model, which has the guiding significance in practical application. At the end of the article, the project management of physical transformation is prospected and summarized.
