【摘要】：電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程,一方面優(yōu)化了網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),另一方面為安全可靠運行提供了條件。現(xiàn)代電網(wǎng)建設(shè)規(guī)模日益擴大,面對電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程項目的巨大投資,必須提出有效的工程造價控制及優(yōu)質(zhì)的工程經(jīng)濟效益評估,合理化工程預(yù)算。隨著《電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編制與計算標準》和《電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算定額》的等相關(guān)標準的頒布和實施,電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編制有了新的依據(jù)。因此,設(shè)計一套完整的電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編審軟件系統(tǒng)顯得尤其重要。本文結(jié)合電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編制、數(shù)據(jù)庫優(yōu)化設(shè)計、軟件工程等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識,基于當前國內(nèi)較流行的Microsoft Visual Studio 2008軟件開發(fā)工具的SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫處理技術(shù),采用C#高級語言編程而進行的電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編審軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本文針對國內(nèi)外工程造價管理發(fā)展作簡要介紹,明確了電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算的意義;系統(tǒng)地介紹了電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編制和審查,了解了電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算的方法;采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù),創(chuàng)建基本表鏈接數(shù)據(jù)庫,為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了基礎(chǔ);詳細介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫定額管理模塊的設(shè)計和軟件系統(tǒng)工程項目管理和報表管理的實現(xiàn)過程,該軟件系統(tǒng)提供了友好的工作界面,操作簡單,實用性強,為今后的電網(wǎng)技術(shù)改造工程預(yù)算編審工作實踐提供有效的幫助。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, it optimizes the network structure, on the other hand, it provides conditions for safe and reliable operation. The scale of modern power grid construction is expanding day by day. In the face of the huge investment of power grid technical transformation project, it is necessary to put forward effective engineering cost control, high quality engineering economic benefit evaluation and rationalization of project budget. With the promulgation and implementation of the relevant standards, such as "the Standard of making and calculating the Engineering Budget for the Technical Transformation of Power Grid" and "the Budget quota of the Technical Transformation Project of the Power Grid", there is a new basis for the compilation of the budget for the technical transformation project of the power network. Therefore, it is very important to design a complete software system of power grid technical transformation project budget editing and review. This paper combines the basic knowledge of power network technical transformation project budget making, database optimization design, software engineering and so on, based on the SQL Server database processing technology, which is based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 software development tool, which is popular in China at present. The design of the power network technical transformation project budget editing and reviewing software system based on C # programming language is presented in this paper. This paper briefly introduces the development of project cost management at home and abroad, clarifies the significance of the project budget for the technical transformation of the power network, systematically introduces the compilation and review of the budget for the technical transformation project of the power network, and understands the methods of the budget for the technical transformation project of the power network. This paper introduces the design of database quota management module and the realization process of software system engineering project management and report management, which provides the basis for system design by using SQL Server database development technology. The software system provides a friendly working interface, simple operation, strong practicability, and provides effective help for the future engineering budget editing and review of power grid technical transformation.
