【摘要】：正早在20世紀(jì)70年代,美國麻省理工學(xué)院就提出了創(chuàng)新管理校園的概念,并經(jīng)過四十多年的努力建設(shè),構(gòu)建出一個較成熟的校園管理平臺。由于多年的探索和改進(jìn),目前國外高校的這種管理模式已初具規(guī)模。為了提高教育教學(xué)管理水平和效率,高等院校利用項目管理思維和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)方法,從項目管理創(chuàng)新的角度匹配各種分散的教學(xué)資源,將兩者有機(jī)的統(tǒng)一起來,并在該管理的基礎(chǔ)之上完成管理改造,
[Abstract]:As early as 1970s, Massachusetts Institute of Technology put forward the concept of innovative management campus, and after more than 40 years of efforts to build a more mature campus management platform. As a result of many years of exploration and improvement, at present, this kind of management mode of foreign universities has begun to take shape. In order to improve the level and efficiency of education and teaching management, colleges and universities make use of project management thinking and advanced technical methods to match all kinds of scattered teaching resources from the angle of project management innovation, and unify the two organically. And on the basis of the management, the management transformation is completed.
