【摘要】：分析了工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)知識(shí),總結(jié)了技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)分解的基本原則,對(duì)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)分解過(guò)程及方法進(jìn)行了闡述。比較了技術(shù)分解結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)建方法,從確定合適的細(xì)分層次和構(gòu)筑分解邏輯兩方面描述了創(chuàng)建技術(shù)分解結(jié)構(gòu)需要做出的基本判斷。從核心特點(diǎn)和與應(yīng)用相關(guān)的特點(diǎn)兩方面分析了技術(shù)分解結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the relevant knowledge of the structure of work decomposition, summarizes the basic principles of the decomposition of the technical structure, and expounds the process and method of the decomposition of the technical structure. In this paper, the method of creating technology decomposition structure is compared, and the basic judgment to create technology decomposition structure is described from two aspects: determining appropriate subdivision level and constructing decomposition logic. The quality evaluation of technical decomposition structure is analyzed from two aspects: core characteristics and application related characteristics.
