【摘要】：翠亨新區(qū)依靠“九峰環(huán)抱、七水匯集”的生態(tài)基礎(chǔ),采用“雙軸驅(qū)動(dòng)”的空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,形成“一灣(逸仙灣)、兩軸(濱江景觀軸和新區(qū)城市發(fā)展軸)兩帶(五桂山生態(tài)景觀帶和濱海森林景觀帶)、多組團(tuán)(新區(qū)核心組團(tuán)、轉(zhuǎn)型示范組團(tuán)、國際旅游組團(tuán)、先進(jìn)智造組團(tuán))”的空間發(fā)展布局。加強(qiáng)突出植被的茂盛與水系豐富的特色,并加大綠化造林的力度,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)森林圍城森林進(jìn)城的景象,形成“青山翠林襯城、碧水綠道融城”的生態(tài)格局,致力將翠亨新區(qū)打造成為一個(gè)世界一流的最低碳、最宜居、最現(xiàn)代化的濱海新城。鑒于中山翠亨新區(qū)有獨(dú)特的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,為加強(qiáng)中山翠亨新區(qū)項(xiàng)目的管理工作科學(xué)管理,充分的利用了現(xiàn)代信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)來提高工作效率,以實(shí)現(xiàn)中山翠亨新區(qū)項(xiàng)目信息管理的自動(dòng)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化,能夠更好地為各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及項(xiàng)目企業(yè)、投資商等提供實(shí)時(shí)、便捷的服務(wù),因此,決定開發(fā)出一套適合中山翠亨新區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)論文系統(tǒng)的介紹了中山翠亨新區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義以及目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文的主要工作與研究內(nèi)容；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)存在的一些問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)和原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程等都進(jìn)行了分析,并給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析與用例描述,明確了該系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括驗(yàn)收結(jié)算管理、工程施工準(zhǔn)備、立項(xiàng)生成工程、工程建設(shè)、系統(tǒng)管理、基本信息維護(hù)、圖料與竣工信息管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能所需處理的數(shù)據(jù)皆進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類的關(guān)系圖,并建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecological foundation of "Jiufeng encircling, seven water gathering", Cuiheng New area adopts a "biaxial drive" spatial development strategy. Forming "one Bay (Yixian Bay), two axes (Riverside Landscape Axis and New District Urban Development Axis) two Belt (Wugui Mountain Ecological Landscape Belt and Coastal Forest Landscape Belt), multiple groups (New area Core Group, transition demonstration Group, International Tourism Group," Advanced wisdom group) "space development layout. To strengthen and highlight the lush vegetation and the rich characteristics of the water system, and to increase the intensity of greening and afforestation, so as to realize the scene of forest siege into the city, and form the ecological pattern of "green mountain green forest lining city, clear water green road melt city", We are committed to building Cuiheng New area into a world-class lowest carbon, most livable, and most modern Binhai New City. In view of the unique development advantages of Zhongshan Cuiheng New District, in order to strengthen the scientific management of the project in Zhongshan Cuihang New area, we have made full use of modern information network technology to improve work efficiency. In order to realize the automation, network and intelligence of project information management in Zhongshan Cuiheng New area, it can provide real-time and convenient service for leaders at all levels, project enterprises, investors and so on. Decides to develop a set of suitable project management system for Zhongshan Cuiheng New District, introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of project management system in Zhongshan Cuihang New District. The main work and research contents of the thesis are clarified. In business analysis, some problems existing in the system, organization and original business process are analyzed, and the revamped business process is given. Through use case analysis and use case description, the function of the system is clarified, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including acceptance settlement management, engineering construction preparation, project generation engineering, engineering construction, system management. In the data analysis, the data needed to be processed by each function of the system are analyzed, the relation diagram of entity class is given, and the structure of database table is established. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
