【摘要】：合肥二電廠一期工程采取EPC總承包的建設(shè)模式。為加強(qiáng)工程計劃管理 ,引進(jìn)P3項目管理軟件 ,建立了 4級計劃的控制模式與控制網(wǎng)絡(luò) ,形成了一個全方位的工程計劃管理、控制體系 ,保證了工程計劃時刻處于動態(tài)監(jiān)控之下 ,取得了很好的效果。這是為我國的工程項目管理與國際接軌的一次探索。
[Abstract]:The first phase of Hefei No.2 Power Plant adopts the construction mode of EPC general contract. In order to strengthen the project plan management, the P3 project management software is introduced, and the control mode and control network of the 4th level plan are established, and a comprehensive engineering plan management and control system is formed. It ensures that the project plan is under dynamic monitoring at all times and has achieved good results. This is for our country's project management and international integration of an exploration.
