【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。建筑質(zhì)量是與人民生命和財產(chǎn)安全息息相關(guān)的重大問題。質(zhì)量控制是建筑項目管理的核心,是決定項目成敗的關(guān)鍵。新中國成立以后,黨和國家高度重視建筑質(zhì)量工作,特別是改革開放以來,在學(xué)習(xí)國外先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理理念的基礎(chǔ)上,逐步制定并實(shí)施了一系列建筑質(zhì)量管理方面的政策措施,極大推動了我國建筑質(zhì)量的提高。但是,我國建筑質(zhì)量發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)相對薄弱,在經(jīng)濟(jì)利益驅(qū)動下,追求片面發(fā)展而忽視質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)象依然存在。大大小小的建筑質(zhì)量問題仍然時有發(fā)生。本文以全面質(zhì)量管理理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合TQM統(tǒng)計分析的七大工具,運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)法對壽光市軟件園26#高層住宅樓項目進(jìn)行施工質(zhì)量控制。對該施工項目進(jìn)行事前分析,制定相關(guān)的防控措施和解決方案;在施工過程中積極執(zhí)行；并采取嚴(yán)格有效的檢查措施,來檢驗(yàn)、監(jiān)督質(zhì)量控制措施的執(zhí)行情況；對成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以肯定并予以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題或未解決的問題,進(jìn)入下一個PDCA循環(huán)中去解決。將質(zhì)量問題解決在預(yù)控階段,對于提高建筑項目施工質(zhì)量,具有一定的借鑒和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。建筑施工質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)該堅持預(yù)防為主與嚴(yán)格檢驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的原則,在項目形成的每一個階段和環(huán)節(jié),都要運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)進(jìn)行控制,通過PDCA的不斷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),將各種質(zhì)量問題消滅于無形,從而提高項目質(zhì)量,切實(shí)保證人民生命和財產(chǎn)的安全完整。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. The quality of the building is a major issue closely related to the people's life and property safety. Quality control is the core of the construction project management. It is the key to determine the success or failure of the project. After the founding of new China, the party and the state attach great importance to the work of building quality, especially since the reform and opening to the outside world. On the basis of the concept of quality management, a series of policies and measures for building quality management have been gradually formulated and implemented, which greatly promoted the improvement of the quality of China's architecture. However, the foundation of the development of China's architecture is relatively weak. Under the drive of economic interest, the phenomenon of pursuing one-sided development and neglecting the quality still exists. The problem of building quality still occurs. This paper, guided by the theory of total quality management, combined with seven tools of TQM statistical analysis, uses the PDCA cycle method to control the construction quality of the 26# high-rise residential building project in Shouguang software park. The construction project is analyzed in advance, and the relevant prevention and control measures and solutions are formulated; the construction is over. Actively carry out the process, and take strict and effective inspection measures to inspect and supervise the implementation of the quality control measures; affirm and standardize the successful experience, enter the next PDCA cycle to solve the problems found or unsolved problems. The quality problem is solved in the pre control stage, and the construction project is improved. Construction quality has a certain reference and practical significance. Construction quality control should adhere to the principle of combination of prevention and strict inspection. In every stage and link of the project, the PDCA cycle should be used to control it. Through the continuous operation of PDCA, all kinds of quality problems are eliminated to the intangible, thus improving the quality of the project. To ensure the safety and integrity of the people's lives and property.
