【摘要】:在過去數(shù)十年的時間中,國內(nèi)的公司發(fā)展迅猛,在公司擴張的過程中,很多企業(yè)選擇了ERP系統(tǒng)作為管理工具。但是ERP作為大型的國外管理系統(tǒng),在國內(nèi)企業(yè)引進、實施、使用的過程中都遇到了各種問題,交了很多學(xué)費。本文從先追溯了ERP的發(fā)展歷程,企業(yè)實施經(jīng)常遇到的困境,并且以A公司為實例,從研究實例出發(fā),詳細(xì)講述了A公司在實施ERP的構(gòu)建實施過程。A公司采用招標(biāo)專業(yè)的顧問公司的方式,對公司中的銷售業(yè)務(wù),采購業(yè)務(wù),項目管理,以及主數(shù)據(jù)管理業(yè)務(wù)進行了系統(tǒng)管理。在實例研究的過程中,總結(jié)了A公司系統(tǒng)實施中遇到的問題以及當(dāng)時的解決方案,并且總結(jié)了在其他公司實施時,具體的預(yù)防措施,以供更多的ERP系統(tǒng)實施研究作為參考。
[Abstract]:In the past decades, domestic companies have developed rapidly. In the process of company expansion, many enterprises choose ERP system as a management tool. However, as a large foreign management system, ERP has encountered various problems and paid a lot of tuition fees in the process of introducing, implementing and using in domestic enterprises. This paper traces the development course of ERP, the difficulties often encountered in the implementation of the enterprise, and takes company A as an example, starting from the case study. This paper describes in detail the construction and implementation process of company A in the implementation of ERP. A company adopts the way of consulting company of bidding specialty to manage the sales business, procurement business, project management and master data management business systematically. In the process of case study, this paper summarizes the problems encountered in the system implementation of company A and the solutions at that time, and summarizes the concrete preventive measures in other companies, which can be used as reference for more research on the implementation of ERP system.
