【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代初,工程項(xiàng)目管理理論在我國逐步發(fā)展起來。如今,這一理論在思想、技術(shù)及方法上都日漸成熟。然而,工程項(xiàng)目管理理論在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中,存在著大量的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象,究其原因,是沒有將施工項(xiàng)目管理精益化。精益建造是國際上先進(jìn)的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式,它起源于制造業(yè)的精益思想,經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,精益建造理論在國外已得到廣泛的應(yīng)用并取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,其在國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用還很少見。ZJSJ1公司是中國建筑業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),企業(yè)規(guī)模和效益都是行業(yè)的佼佼者,但在對(duì)公司的項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),其項(xiàng)目管理水平還有進(jìn)一步提升的空間。在充分認(rèn)識(shí)我國建筑業(yè)的形勢(shì)及ZJSJ1公司面臨的項(xiàng)目管理問題的基礎(chǔ)上,將精益建造理論應(yīng)用于ZJSJ1公司承建的XGLL大酒店工程中。具體是將精益建造的關(guān)鍵技術(shù):最后工作者計(jì)劃、JIT采購、全面質(zhì)量管理及5S管理分別應(yīng)用于本工程的進(jìn)度管理、采購管理、質(zhì)量管理與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理中,并對(duì)精益建造的實(shí)施效果做了評(píng)價(jià),為XGLL大酒店后續(xù)工作的精益建造實(shí)施提供改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 1980's, the theory of engineering project management developed gradually in our country. Nowadays, this theory is becoming more and more mature in thought, technology and method. However, in the practical application of engineering project management theory, there is a large amount of waste phenomenon, the reason is that the construction project management is not lean. Lean construction is an advanced project management mode in the world. It originated from lean thinking of manufacturing industry. After decades of development, lean construction theory has been widely used in foreign countries and achieved remarkable economic benefits. The application of ZJSJ1 in China is rare. ZJSJ1 is a leading enterprise in China's construction industry. The enterprise scale and benefit are the best in the industry. However, after analyzing the project management status of the company, it is found that, There is room for further improvement in the level of project management. On the basis of fully understanding the situation of Chinese construction industry and the project management problems faced by ZJSJ1 Company, the Lean Construction Theory is applied to the XGLL Hotel Project built by ZJSJ1 Company. In particular, the key technologies of lean construction, such as JIT procurement, total quality management and 5S management, are applied to the progress management, procurement management, quality management and site management of the project, respectively. The effect of lean construction is evaluated to provide the direction of improvement for the implementation of lean construction in XGLL hotel.
