建雞高速公路機場段項目施工組織設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:工程項目施工組織設(shè)計可以指導(dǎo)工程施工管理活動中的各種施工技術(shù)、工作計劃和組織協(xié)調(diào)的統(tǒng)籌性文件,是工程施工項目管理與工程施工實踐的完美結(jié)合,是對工程項目整個過程的構(gòu)思和具體安排。它能使工程開工后的施工能夠高效、快速、科學、合理地進行,是指導(dǎo)工程項目進行施工準備和施工生產(chǎn)的基本前提和保障,是工程施工管理工作的重要組成部分。施工組織設(shè)計總的原則就是按照工程建設(shè)項目的基本要求和規(guī)定,確定科學、經(jīng)濟、合理的施工方案和施工方法,組織和協(xié)調(diào)施工中所需要的各種資源,在保證工程質(zhì)量、工程安全、工程進度的前提下,科學合理地優(yōu)化各種資源配置,從而使工程建設(shè)項目能夠按照規(guī)定和標準保質(zhì)保量地按時完成。本文以建雞高速公路機場路項目的施工組織設(shè)計為研究對象,運用理論與具體實際相結(jié)合的研究方法,用理論來指導(dǎo)施工建設(shè),而又不拘泥于理論,因為每個工程都有各自的特點和要求,每個工程又有不同的施工環(huán)境和不可預(yù)見的狀況,所以必須針對各自的特點,分別對待。同時還運用了工程項目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)、統(tǒng)籌學原理、施工流水作業(yè)組織原理和數(shù)理學分析等理論,參考了國內(nèi)外大型工程施工組織設(shè)計的先進理論和方法,結(jié)合建雞高速機場路工程項目施工組織的具體情況,提出了科學、高效、經(jīng)濟、合理的施工組織設(shè)計方案和相應(yīng)的保障措施。根據(jù)對建雞高速機場路項目工程施工組織設(shè)計的研究,以及嚴格、規(guī)范、高效的管理,經(jīng)濟、合理、科學的施工組織設(shè)計,奠定了該工程項目保質(zhì)保量、順利完工的堅實的基礎(chǔ)。本文的研究結(jié)果充分說明了施工組織規(guī)劃作為公路建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)性文件的重要性,也為下一步工程的實施建設(shè)提供了強有力的科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction organization design of engineering project can guide all kinds of construction technology, work plan and organization coordination in the construction management activities. It is a perfect combination of engineering construction project management and engineering construction practice. It is the conception and concrete arrangement of the whole process of the project. It can make the construction after the project start to be efficient, fast, scientific and reasonable. It is the basic premise and guarantee to guide the construction preparation and construction production of the project, and is an important part of the engineering construction management. The general principle of construction organization design is to determine scientific, economic and reasonable construction plans and construction methods in accordance with the basic requirements and regulations of engineering construction projects, to organize and coordinate all kinds of resources needed in construction, and to ensure the engineering quality. Under the premise of project safety and project schedule, all kinds of resources can be optimized scientifically and reasonably, so that the project can be completed according to the regulations and standards, quality and quantity on time. This paper takes the construction organization design of the airport road project of Jian-ji expressway as the research object, applies the research method of combining theory with concrete practice, uses the theory to guide the construction, but does not stick to the theory. Because each project has its own characteristics and requirements, and each project has its own construction environment and unpredictable situation, it must be treated separately according to its own characteristics. At the same time, with the application of engineering project network planning technology, overall planning principle, construction flow operation organization principle and mathematical analysis theory, the advanced theories and methods of large-scale engineering construction organization design at home and abroad are referred to. Combined with the concrete situation of the construction organization of the construction project of the construction of high speed mechanical yard, the scientific, efficient, economical and reasonable construction organization design scheme and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. According to the research on the construction organization design of the construction project of the Jiaoji high speed machine yard project, and the strict, standardized, efficient management, economic, reasonable and scientific construction organization design, the quality and quantity of the project has been established. A solid foundation for successful completion. The research results of this paper fully show the importance of the construction organization planning as the guiding document of highway construction, and also provide a strong scientific basis for the implementation of the next project.
