【摘要】：隨著生活質(zhì)量和健康在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中受到人們?cè)絹碓礁叩闹匾?醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速的發(fā)展,并逐漸成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的組成部分。制藥行業(yè)具有質(zhì)量要求高、技術(shù)更新快的特點(diǎn),所以在醫(yī)藥工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的過程中,不僅要嚴(yán)格把控質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也要關(guān)注項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,以便項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后能發(fā)揮出最佳的投資效益。制藥工程項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)上往往面臨著多專業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)周期長的特點(diǎn)。工程設(shè)計(jì)的前提和基礎(chǔ)是制藥項(xiàng)目,所以設(shè)計(jì)過程一直是制藥工程項(xiàng)目管理中的核心部分,同時(shí)也是進(jìn)度控制的重點(diǎn)。本文以S公司L集團(tuán)作為研究背景,首先指出L項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)工作在當(dāng)前的進(jìn)步以及面臨的問題。在分析傳統(tǒng)的基于PERT/CPM計(jì)劃管理方法局限性的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了當(dāng)前應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理的必要性。然后,在分析和總結(jié)關(guān)鍵鏈相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)L項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,采用啟發(fā)式算法完成了關(guān)鍵鏈的識(shí)別,繼而基于PERT的彈性系數(shù)法計(jì)算出緩沖區(qū)的尺寸大小。最終,本文在關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)出一整套進(jìn)度管理的持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,在具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中,通過設(shè)置緩沖監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)反映各工序?qū)彌_時(shí)間消耗情況,并采取相應(yīng)的調(diào)整措施對(duì)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行控制。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的進(jìn)度管理模式可以得到比基于傳統(tǒng)PERT/CPM計(jì)劃多總結(jié)管理方法在施工周期上縮短28天,同時(shí)滿足整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)、成本控制和設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。本文的研究結(jié)論可以給制藥工程項(xiàng)目或新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度管理提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the quality of life and health in the modern society more and more attention, the pharmaceutical industry has been rapid development, and gradually become an important part of the modern economy. The pharmaceutical industry is characterized by high quality requirements and rapid technological renewal. Therefore, in the process of pharmaceutical engineering construction projects, not only quality control should be strictly controlled, but also project schedule management should be concerned. So that after the project put into operation can play out the best investment benefit. Pharmaceutical engineering projects are often faced with the characteristics of multi-specialty and long design cycle. The premise and foundation of engineering design is pharmaceutical project, so the design process is always the core part of pharmaceutical engineering project management, and also the key point of schedule control. In this paper, taking S company L Group as the research background, the paper first points out the current progress and problems of L project design. On the basis of analyzing the limitation of traditional planning management method based on PERT/CPM, the necessity of applying key chain technology to schedule management is put forward. Then, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant theory of key chain, according to the actual situation of L project, the key chain is identified by heuristic algorithm, and then the size of buffer zone is calculated based on the elastic coefficient method of PERT. Finally, based on the key chain technology, this paper develops a set of continuous improvement plan for schedule management. In the process of implementation, the buffer monitoring parameters are set to reflect the buffer time consumption of each process. And take corresponding adjustment measures to control the progress. The application results show that the schedule management mode based on the key chain technology can shorten the construction cycle by 28 days compared with the traditional PERT/CPM plan summary management method, and meet the schedule control objectives, cost control and design quality of the whole project at the same time. The conclusion of this paper can provide some reference value for the implementation schedule management of pharmaceutical engineering project or new product development project.
