【摘要】:目前在電力資源的管理中都普遍采用電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),在我國(guó)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,配網(wǎng)的建設(shè)是其中重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。在配網(wǎng)的建設(shè)中,配網(wǎng)經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生一些故障,發(fā)生故障之后需要搶修人員及時(shí)的進(jìn)行搶修,傳統(tǒng)的方式對(duì)于配網(wǎng)搶修指揮管理均是采用紙質(zhì)的形式來(lái)進(jìn)行記錄,長(zhǎng)此以往,積累了大量的紙質(zhì)資料,紙質(zhì)的資料不利于后期的管理與維護(hù)。本課題主要是結(jié)合相關(guān)部門(mén)的相關(guān)需求并實(shí)地進(jìn)行調(diào)研,根據(jù)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)理論和項(xiàng)目管理理論。系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前較為流行的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)C/S技術(shù)、單點(diǎn)登錄以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù),并結(jié)合成熟的SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),在Eclipse平臺(tái)下設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)完成。系統(tǒng)按照軟件工程分析的流程,首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,包括可行性分析、功能分析和非功能分析;接著,從概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,依次從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和基于C/S的配網(wǎng)搶修指揮業(yè)務(wù)告警系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)三方面進(jìn)行展開(kāi),其中基于C/S的配網(wǎng)搶修指揮業(yè)務(wù)告警系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要分為八大模塊,分別為用戶管理模塊、停電管理模塊、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)管理模塊、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)管理模塊、值班記錄管理模塊、交辦記錄管理模塊、保修統(tǒng)計(jì)管理模塊;在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)方面專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)Data類來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)的所有操作,提高了程序開(kāi)發(fā)的效率和代碼的重用率,有利于程序的維護(hù);贑/S的配網(wǎng)搶修指揮業(yè)務(wù)告警系統(tǒng)是將信息技術(shù)與配網(wǎng)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一套面向電網(wǎng)搶修指揮業(yè)務(wù)告警平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,具有較高的安全性,性能穩(wěn)定,可以滿足電網(wǎng)管理需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the power grid system is widely used in the management of power resources, and the construction of distribution network is one of the important links in the process of power grid construction in China. In the construction of distribution network, the distribution network often has some faults, after which the repair personnel need to rush repair in time. The traditional way is to record the distribution network emergency repair command and management in the form of paper, in the long run, Accumulated a large number of paper materials, paper data is not conducive to later management and maintenance. According to the theory of software development and project management. The system adopts C / S technology, single sign-on and database access technology, and the mature SQL Server 2005 database technology. The system is designed and developed under the Eclipse platform. According to the flow of software engineering analysis, the system firstly introduces the related technologies, and then analyzes the requirements of the system, including feasibility analysis, functional analysis and non-functional analysis. The system is designed in detail and database design. In the part of system realization, the realization of system environment, the realization of database and the realization of alarm system based on C / S are carried out. Among them, the realization of the distribution network emergency repair command service alarm system based on C / S is mainly divided into eight modules: user management module, blackout management module, business system management module, system maintenance management module, network state management module. In the aspect of database access, a Data class is specially designed to realize all operations of database access, which improves the efficiency of program development and the rate of code reuse. Good for the maintenance of the program. C / S based distribution network emergency repair command service alarm system is to combine information technology with distribution network related services to design and implement a set of power grid emergency repair command service alarm platform. After testing, the system has high security, stable performance, and can meet the needs of grid management.
