【摘要】：火力發(fā)電是我國(guó)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化水平最先進(jìn)、普及的領(lǐng)域之一,DCS(集散式控制系統(tǒng))在火電廠控制系統(tǒng)中已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用,DCS的安全性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面得到充分肯定。隨著我國(guó)資源日益短缺,以及節(jié)能減排的壓力日益加大,煤炭利用率高、排放水平低的百萬(wàn)千瓦超超臨界火電機(jī)組將成為今后我國(guó)能源建設(shè)的主力軍。百萬(wàn)千瓦火電機(jī)組DCS項(xiàng)目具有涉及面較廣,接口復(fù)雜,資源配置要求高等特點(diǎn),尤其在其建造階段,涉及設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝、調(diào)試等多個(gè)關(guān)鍵階段,因此對(duì)DCS供應(yīng)商的項(xiàng)目管理水平提出了更高的要求。 本文首先從建立DCS項(xiàng)目流程體系出發(fā),并以項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理基本理論和相關(guān)知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合江蘇JR發(fā)電廠2×1000MW超超臨界燃煤機(jī)組DCS項(xiàng)目的具體工程,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的原理,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)、外目前在DCS項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀以及研究狀況,探討了影響火電DCS項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素,并基于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理念以及百萬(wàn)千瓦火電機(jī)組DCS項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),提出了大型火電DCS項(xiàng)目應(yīng)采用的進(jìn)度管理方法和技術(shù)。期待本文對(duì)大型火電DCS項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制方面具有一定的借鑒意義和推廣作用。
[Abstract]:Thermal power generation is one of the most advanced and popular fields of industrial production automation in our country. DCS (distributed Control system) has been widely used in the control system of thermal power plant. The security, reliability and economy of DCS have been fully affirmed. With the increasingly shortage of resources and the increasing pressure of energy saving and emission reduction, millions of kilowatt ultra-supercritical thermal power units with high coal utilization and low emission level will become the main force of energy construction in China in the future. The DCS project of millions of kilowatt thermal power units has the characteristics of wide coverage, complex interface, high resource allocation and so on, especially in its construction phase, involving many key stages such as design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, etc. Therefore, the DCS supplier project management level put forward a higher request. Based on the basic theory of project schedule management and related knowledge, this paper starts from the establishment of DCS project flow system, and combines the concrete project of DCS project of 2 脳 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit in JR Power Plant in Jiangsu Province. This paper expounds the principle of project schedule planning and control, analyzes the present situation and research status of DCS project schedule management in China and abroad, and probes into the factors influencing the progress of thermal power DCS project. Based on the idea of project schedule management and the characteristics of DCS project for millions of kilowatts thermal power unit, this paper puts forward the schedule management method and technology that should be adopted in large scale thermal power DCS project. It is expected that this paper can be used for reference and popularized in the progress planning and control of large scale thermal power DCS projects.
