【摘要】：聊城市人民醫(yī)院原有的半手工模式的管理方式明顯已經(jīng)不能滿足醫(yī)院在新形勢下的發(fā)展需求,半手工管理下的模式,不僅不利于科教管理人員對信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和匯總,繁重的工作任務(wù)還會(huì)導(dǎo)致較高的出錯(cuò)率和較低的執(zhí)行效率。并且,隨著醫(yī)院工作事務(wù)的增多,傳統(tǒng)意義下的科教管理方式很難短時(shí)間內(nèi)在大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息中提取核心數(shù)據(jù)。聊城市人民醫(yī)院為了提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的醫(yī)學(xué)人才,依據(jù)求實(shí)性、學(xué)術(shù)性、系統(tǒng)性的原則,對科學(xué)教育管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。該科教管理系統(tǒng)采用J2EE技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),由SSH集成框架搭建而成,采用基礎(chǔ)語言Java對底層代碼進(jìn)行研發(fā),確保系統(tǒng)具備良好的可移植性、安全性和適應(yīng)性。利用B/S架構(gòu)搭建客戶端和服務(wù)器端,服務(wù)器端采用Tomcat服務(wù)器,瀏覽器端可選用IE、火狐作為操作終端,數(shù)據(jù)庫端采用SQL Server 2014數(shù)據(jù)庫對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理。利用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式對系統(tǒng)層內(nèi)部進(jìn)行搭建,將軟件系統(tǒng)層劃分為視圖、模型和控制器三部分。系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能模塊包括人員管理模塊、科室管理模塊、繼續(xù)教育管理模塊、學(xué)分管理模塊、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢模塊。人員管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有錄入修改人員數(shù)據(jù)、人員狀態(tài)職稱管理、人員調(diào)動(dòng)管理;科室管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有科室信息管理和科室用戶名密碼查詢;繼續(xù)教育管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有項(xiàng)目管理和集體活動(dòng)管理;學(xué)分管理模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有繼教項(xiàng)目參加者授分、集體活動(dòng)參加者授分、錄入個(gè)人學(xué)分、學(xué)分刪除修改器、查看學(xué)分審核情況、科室學(xué)分審核;統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢模塊中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有個(gè)人學(xué)分情況查詢、達(dá)標(biāo)情況查詢、得分情況查詢、達(dá)標(biāo)情況統(tǒng)計(jì)、學(xué)分完成情況統(tǒng)計(jì)、學(xué)分綜合查詢。聊城市人民醫(yī)院科教管理系統(tǒng)投入使用后能從實(shí)際的醫(yī)療工作出發(fā),能夠全面分析繼教流程中涉及的業(yè)務(wù),對培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才、提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量有著積極的作用。
[Abstract]:The management mode of the original semi-manual mode in Liaocheng people's Hospital obviously can not meet the development needs of the hospital under the new situation. The semi-manual management mode is not only unfavorable for the scientific and educational administrators to statistics and aggregate the information. Heavy tasks can also lead to higher error rates and lower execution efficiency. With the increase of hospital work, it is difficult to extract the core data from a large amount of data in a short time by the traditional management of science and education. In order to improve the quality of medical service and cultivate high quality medical talents, Liaocheng people's Hospital developed the scientific education management system according to the principles of practicality, academic and systematic. The science and education management system is developed with the J2EE technology framework, which is built by the SSH integrated framework. The basic language Java is used to develop the underlying code to ensure that the system has good portability, security and adaptability. Using the B / S architecture to build the client and server, the server uses Tomcat server, the browser can choose IEand Firefox as the operation terminal, and the database uses SQL Server 2014 database to manage the internal data of the system. The software system layer is divided into three parts: view, model and controller. The functional modules in the system include personnel management module, department management module, continuing education management module, credit management module, statistical inquiry module. The functions realized in the personnel management module include the input and modification of personnel data, the management of personnel status and title, the management of personnel transfer, the functions of department information management and the inquiry of user name and password in the department management module. The functions realized in the continuing education management module include project management and collective activity management; the functions realized in the credit management module include the granting of points by the participants in the follow-up project, the granting of credits by the participants in collective activities, the entry of individual credits, and the deletion of credits from the modifier, Check credit audit, department credit audit; the function of the statistical inquiry module has individual credit inquiry, standard inquiry, score inquiry, standard statistics, credit completion statistics, credit comprehensive inquiry. The management system of science and education in Liaocheng people's Hospital can start from the actual medical work, analyze the business involved in the process of continuing teaching, and play an active role in cultivating high quality talents and improving the quality of medical service.
