【摘要】：電工工具行業(yè)的新品研發(fā)項目由于項目相對簡單、研發(fā)周期相對較短的原因,導致項目實施過程中缺少系統(tǒng)的項目管理方法,同樣也疏忽了項目過程中的質量管理相關研究。隨著市場競爭的日趨激烈,電工工具行業(yè)對新品研發(fā)項目的要求也越來越高,公司對此方面也逐漸重視,尤其此次鋰電新項目的研發(fā),無論是研發(fā)難度還是研發(fā)周期,都將超過以往的項目,并且無任何參考樣機。綜合以上,必須充分重視并解決好新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目質量管理方面更的問題。本文擬利用項目管理中的質量管理的相關知識對整個鋰電項目的研發(fā)過程進行研究,確保項目按時、保質的順利完成,及時搶占市場；另外通過對項目質量管理相關知識的系統(tǒng)學習,對此鋰電池新品開發(fā)項目的質量管理過程進行策劃,通過對項目過程中的人員、設備、材料、統(tǒng)計工具的應用以及文件管理等方面對項目進行管控,并且總結出項目過程中存在的問題以及改進的措施,最終以此項目為參考,擬制定針對公司項目管理過的標準控制流程,為后續(xù)項目管理過程標準化提供案例支持；
[Abstract]:Because of the relatively simple project and relatively short R & D cycle, the new product research and development project in the electrical tool industry has led to the lack of systematic project management methods in the implementation of the project, as well as neglecting the related research on quality management in the project process. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the electrical tools industry needs to develop new product research and development projects. The company is getting higher and higher, and the company pays more attention to it. In particular, the research and development of the new lithium battery project, whether it is the difficulty of R & D difficulty or the R & D cycle, will exceed the previous projects and without any reference sample. The relevant knowledge of quality management in the management of the management of the whole lithium battery project research and development process, to ensure the project on time, the smooth completion of the quality, timely seize the market; in addition, through the project quality management related knowledge system learning, the lithium battery new product development project quality management process planning, through the project over the project The project is controlled by the personnel, equipment, materials, the application of statistical tools and document management in the process, and the problems in the project and the improvement measures are summarized. Finally, the project is taken as a reference, and the standard control process for the project management of the company is drawn up to provide a case for the standardization of the follow-up project management process.
