工銀安盛人壽保險理賠系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:對于保險行業(yè)來說,其除了基本的業(yè)務經營之外還需要承擔許多社會責任。保險行業(yè)是一個良心行業(yè),行業(yè)的宗旨“人人為眾,眾為人人”也體現(xiàn)了整個行業(yè)的特點。保險行業(yè)對于社會來說是一個保障,也是和諧社會構建過程中不可缺少的一部分。除了在社會責任方面,保險行業(yè)還為社會經濟的發(fā)展起到了推動性的作用?偟膩砜,保險體現(xiàn)了長輩和子女之間的關愛。在中國的保險市場蓬勃發(fā)展、競爭激烈的今天,我們從與保險客戶的接觸和交流中,深深體會到保險業(yè)務的全面電子化對保險公司是多么迫切和重要,另一方面,能全面支持網絡化并適合中國國情的壽險業(yè)務軟件又是多么匱乏。信息時代,保險業(yè)也是一項龐大的數(shù)字工程。壽險理賠核心業(yè)務系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)對保險行業(yè)來說具有巨大的實踐價值,能夠有效的提高保險公司的綜合運營能力,同時還能夠對保險公司的運營成本進行降低,最終實現(xiàn)公司效益的增收。系統(tǒng)研究過程中對電子商務以及現(xiàn)代保險的理念進行融合,并且還把保險行業(yè)的相關業(yè)務邏輯以信息技術的方式進行實現(xiàn),本系統(tǒng)在研發(fā)過程中主要對客戶化的定制方法進行使用,并且還在已有的系統(tǒng)上,對客戶化的定制方式進行實現(xiàn)。通過對人壽核心業(yè)務系統(tǒng)理賠系統(tǒng)進行需求分析,提出解決方案。在需求分析的基礎上對系統(tǒng)的功能架構、層次架構以及網絡架構進行設計,結合實際業(yè)務需求對系統(tǒng)的各個功能進行進一步的細分。論文還重點研究如何使用B/S軟件系統(tǒng)模式,并且還研究了如何采用MVC設計模式來實現(xiàn)核心業(yè)務處理過程管理。系統(tǒng)采用J2EE架構技術以及跨平臺、網絡技術支持良好、安全的java編程語言和事務處理能力強大、大數(shù)據(jù)量支撐能力強大、并發(fā)處理能力強大的Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的設計理念等進行了闡述,通過這些技術的使用,解決了系統(tǒng)對功能和性能的要求。在系統(tǒng)中,通過文獻法、需求分析法以及系統(tǒng)設計等方法分別實現(xiàn)了客戶管理功能、投保信息管理功能、理賠事務管理功能、理賠項目管理功能以及理賠材料管理功能。針對人壽保險核心系統(tǒng)的設計,本文對客戶管理功能、投保信息管理功能、理賠事物管理功能、理賠材料管理功能進行了詳細的研究,重點介紹了理賠系統(tǒng)相關內容。經測試,系統(tǒng)總體功能完善,能夠符合用戶的使用需求,并且在運行過程中,性能穩(wěn)定、響應速度快。通過對工銀安盛人壽保險理賠系統(tǒng)的構建,有效的實現(xiàn)了對壽險業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)的綜合化管理,大大提高了企業(yè)決策分析的保障力度,實現(xiàn)了人壽保險理賠業(yè)務處理的信息化,通過這種信息化管理,提高業(yè)務處理和業(yè)務承載能力,提高業(yè)務處理效率和效益,增強在市場的競爭能力。
[Abstract]:For the insurance industry, in addition to basic business operations, there are also many social responsibilities. Insurance industry is a conscience industry, the purpose of the industry is "everyone for everyone, for everyone" also reflects the characteristics of the whole industry. Insurance industry is a guarantee for the society and an indispensable part in the process of building a harmonious society. In addition to social responsibility, the insurance industry has also played a role in promoting social and economic development. In general, insurance reflects the care between elders and children. Today, when the insurance market in China is booming and the competition is fierce, from our contacts and exchanges with our insurance customers, we have a deep understanding of how urgent and important it is for insurance companies to have a comprehensive electronic insurance business. On the other hand, To fully support the network and suitable for China's life insurance business software is so scarce. In the information age, the insurance industry is also a huge digital project. The development of the core business system of life insurance claims is of great practical value to the insurance industry, which can effectively improve the comprehensive operation ability of insurance companies, and at the same time reduce the operating costs of insurance companies. Finally realize the company benefit increase income. In the process of system research, the concepts of electronic commerce and modern insurance are integrated, and the related business logic of insurance industry is realized in the way of information technology. In the process of research and development, this system mainly uses the custom customization method, and also realizes the custom customization method in the existing system. Through the demand analysis of life insurance core business system, the solution is put forward. On the basis of requirement analysis, the functional architecture, hierarchical architecture and network architecture of the system are designed, and each function of the system is further subdivided according to the actual business requirements. This paper also focuses on how to use the B / S software system pattern, and how to use MVC design pattern to implement the core business process management. The system adopts the technology of J2EE architecture and cross-platform, the network technology supports well, the secure java programming language and transaction processing ability is powerful, and the support ability of large amount of data is strong. The design idea of the Oracle database realization system with powerful concurrent processing ability is expounded. Through the use of these technologies, the requirements of the system for function and performance are solved. In the system, the functions of customer management, insurance information management, claim transaction management, claim item management and claim material management are realized by the methods of document method, demand analysis method and system design respectively. Aiming at the design of the core system of life insurance, this paper makes a detailed study on the function of customer management, insurance information management, claim matter management and claim material management, and introduces the related contents of claim system. After testing, the overall function of the system is perfect, the system can meet the user's needs, and in the running process, the performance is stable and the response speed is fast. Through the construction of life insurance claim system, the comprehensive management of life insurance business data is realized effectively, and the guarantee force of enterprise decision-making and analysis is greatly improved, and the informatization of life insurance settlement and claim business processing is realized. Through this kind of information management, we can improve the business processing and business carrying capacity, improve the efficiency and benefit of business processing, and enhance the competitive ability in the market.
