【摘要】：本文主要分析和設(shè)計建設(shè)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展工作管理系統(tǒng),設(shè)計一套簡單方便的符合電子政務(wù)工作人員實現(xiàn)無紙化辦公的信息系統(tǒng),為減少浪費、減少紙質(zhì)申報材料,提高工作效率為目的的信息化系統(tǒng)。城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展工作管理系統(tǒng)是面向城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展工作的黨政部門,面向村、鎮(zhèn)、縣項目實施主體以及廣大公眾。系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的總體目標(biāo)是要建立起涵蓋城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展工作各個方面的信息管理系統(tǒng),通過建設(shè)杭州市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展信息網(wǎng),完成面向廣大公眾的信息發(fā)布、政策解讀、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、成果展示以及政民互動等功能內(nèi)容；通過建設(shè)本市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展管理網(wǎng),完成面向黨政機關(guān)工作人員的辦公管理、目標(biāo)管理、任務(wù)管理、項目管理、績效管理以及統(tǒng)計分析等功能,按照統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,分步實施的原則來實施,逐步應(yīng)用到工作中去。管理系統(tǒng)的信息組織是按照本市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展工作推進小組的垂直條線進行的,各項信息按區(qū)縣(市)協(xié)作、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、中心鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)、中心村培育、農(nóng)村土地綜合整治等工作內(nèi)容進行組織和展開。以面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計與開發(fā)方法為指導(dǎo),對系統(tǒng)進行需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和詳細設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)采用MVC模式設(shè)計開發(fā),使用Struts加Hibernate架構(gòu)設(shè)計,完成了一套簡單方便的信息系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes and designs and builds a management system for the overall development of urban and rural areas, and designs a simple and convenient information system for e-government personnel to realize paperless office work. The management system of the overall development of urban and rural areas is a party and government department for the overall development of urban and rural areas, facing the main body of project implementation in villages, towns and counties, as well as the general public. The overall goal of the system construction is to establish an information management system covering all aspects of urban and rural overall development, and to complete the information release, policy interpretation, and overall planning for the general public through the construction of the Hangzhou Urban and Rural Development Information Network. Through the construction of the city's urban and rural overall development management network, office management, target management, task management, project management for party and government personnel, Performance management and statistical analysis function, according to the unified planning, step by step implementation of the principle, gradually applied to the work. The information organization of the management system is carried out in accordance with the vertical line of the urban and rural development promotion team in this city. All information is based on district (city) cooperation, industrial development, construction of central towns, cultivation of central villages, Comprehensive renovation of rural land and other work content for organization and development. Under the guidance of the object-oriented design and development method, the system needs analysis, system design and detailed design, the system is designed and developed with MVC pattern, and Struts plus Hibernate architecture is used to complete a simple and convenient information system.
