【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目中的項(xiàng)目管理是項(xiàng)目完成的重要組成部分。管理的核心內(nèi)容是基于活動(dòng)的方法做好項(xiàng)目生命全周期的確定和控制工作。其中工程質(zhì)量的管理問(wèn)題是項(xiàng)目管理中的重中之重。近些年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),國(guó)家工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化水平不斷提高,項(xiàng)目工程領(lǐng)域也取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,但是在快速發(fā)展過(guò)程中也暴露出了一些工程質(zhì)量方面的問(wèn)題,人們對(duì)項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題日益關(guān)注。而施工過(guò)程中的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的管理對(duì)于一個(gè)項(xiàng)目能否成功至關(guān)重要。工程項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程,工程質(zhì)量管理是圍繞工程質(zhì)量方面進(jìn)行的指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等一系列活動(dòng)。通過(guò)工程質(zhì)量的管理方法的運(yùn)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)在規(guī)定的時(shí)間期限內(nèi),按照預(yù)定的計(jì)劃,保質(zhì)保量的完成項(xiàng)目改造建設(shè)任務(wù),以便獲得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。首先,本文總結(jié)了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的學(xué)術(shù)研究觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論,結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量及進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,介紹了工程項(xiàng)目管理的研究背景,以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于工程項(xiàng)目的管理體系。其次,以邯鄲鋼鐵集團(tuán)有限公司老區(qū)三煉鋼改造項(xiàng)目案例為研究對(duì)象,闡述了該項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié)出邯鋼老區(qū)三煉鋼改造項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,以及問(wèn)題存在的原因。再次,針對(duì)歸納總結(jié)出的問(wèn)題,分別從質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、技術(shù)等方面進(jìn)行深入分析,進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)的提出邯鋼老區(qū)三煉鋼改造項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理中所涉及到的質(zhì)量策劃、質(zhì)量控制、質(zhì)量保證和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)等問(wèn)題的管理方法。最后,在管理方法的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了進(jìn)一步完善邯鋼老區(qū)三煉鋼改造項(xiàng)目中質(zhì)量的管理保障措施。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過(guò)程中發(fā)生的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,從質(zhì)量的管理角度進(jìn)行深入分析并總結(jié)得出解決方法和保障措施,以期對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前的工程項(xiàng)目管理能力及水平的提高有所借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Project management is an important part of project completion. The core content of management is to do a good job in the determination and control of the whole life cycle of the project based on the activity-based approach. The management of project quality is the most important in project management. In recent years, China's economy has continued to grow at a high speed, the level of national industrialization and urbanization has been continuously improved, and great progress has been made in the field of project engineering. However, in the process of rapid development, some problems in engineering quality have also been exposed. People pay more and more attention to the project quality. The project quality management in the construction process is very important to the success of a project. Engineering project is a gradual process. Engineering quality management is a series of activities, such as command, coordination, control and so on. Through the application of the project quality management method, the project reconstruction and construction task can be completed within the prescribed time limit and according to the scheduled plan, in order to obtain the maximum economic benefit. First of all, this paper summarizes the academic research views and conclusions of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars, and introduces the research background of engineering project management based on the basic theory of project quality and schedule management. And the current management system for engineering projects at home and abroad. Secondly, taking the case of No. 3 steelmaking renovation project in the old district of Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd as the research object, the paper expounds the present situation of the quality management of the project. On this basis, the problems existing in the quality management of the third steel-making transformation project in the old zone of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and the reasons for the problems are summarized. Thirdly, in view of the problems summarized from the quality, progress, technology and other aspects of in-depth analysis, further systematic put forward the old area of Handan Iron and Steel District three steelmaking transformation project related quality management involved in quality planning, quality control, Management methods of quality assurance and quality improvement. Finally, on the basis of the management method, the management guarantee measures for improving the quality of the third steel-making transformation project in the old zone of Handan Iron and Steel Co. Combined with the actual problems in the course of project operation, this paper makes a thorough analysis from the point of view of quality management and summarizes the solution and guarantee measures, in the hope that it can be used for reference in improving the management ability and level of current engineering projects in our country.
