【摘要】：本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目及其項(xiàng)目管理,不僅對(duì)相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的描述,同時(shí)也對(duì)實(shí)際的案例進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的說明。本文基于建筑設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的內(nèi)涵及理論支持做出了相關(guān)闡述,進(jìn)而分析了在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中采用項(xiàng)目管理的重要性和必要性。接著本文對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目管理發(fā)展情況做了簡(jiǎn)要的概述,對(duì)于建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)和影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。對(duì)于建筑設(shè)計(jì)工程項(xiàng)目的管理內(nèi)容本文做了詳細(xì)的分析,并針對(duì)實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行工程項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際操作效果的比對(duì)。最后,對(duì)實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題給出了具體的解決建議,其中包含了培養(yǎng)適合建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理需要的項(xiàng)目管理人才,充分考慮項(xiàng)目管理制度的適用性等具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值的建議措施,這些建議對(duì)于規(guī)劃落實(shí)建設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),提高建筑設(shè)計(jì)工程施工效率有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is the architectural design project and its project management, not only to describe the relevant theoretical knowledge in detail, but also to systematically explain the actual cases. Based on architectural design, this paper expounds the connotation and theoretical support of project management, and then analyzes the importance and necessity of adopting project management in architectural design. Then this paper makes a brief overview of the development of project management in the industry, and studies the characteristics and influencing factors of architectural design projects. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the management content of the architectural design project, and compares the actual operation effect of the engineering project management with the actual cases. Finally, the paper gives some concrete solutions to the problems in the practical application process, which includes the cultivation of project management personnel suitable for the needs of architectural design project management. Fully considering the applicability of the project management system and other practical application of the proposed measures, these suggestions for the planning and implementation of construction design tasks, improve the efficiency of construction design engineering has a positive significance.
