【摘要】：建設工程項目的進度控制與管理一直是項目管理的重要組成部分,也是建設工程項目順利實施并按預期投入使用的重要基礎保障工作。因此,對建設工程項目的進度控制進行必要的、持續(xù)的深入研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在對建設工程項目進度計劃管理與控制的理論、方法進行系統(tǒng)闡述的基礎上,以下寺灣采油廠甘泉生產基地為例,對建設項目進度計劃和控制進行了詳細的分析探討,是項目管理理論、進度計劃和控制理論在實際工程中的實踐運用,可以對類似建設工程項目的進度管理與控制提供一定的參考。論文以下寺灣采油廠甘泉生產基地工程項目為例,研究了建設工程項目的進度控制與管理問題。論文第一部分介紹了研究的目的及意義,對國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析探討,提出了論文研究的主要內容;論文第二部分對建設項目進度控制的相關理論基礎進行了闡述;第三部分簡要介紹了下寺灣采油廠甘泉生產基地建設項目的概況,為之后的分析研究做好鋪墊;論文第四部分編制了下寺灣采油廠甘泉生產基地項目進度計劃,第五部分分析了影響項目進度計劃實施的因素,根據項目具體工作情況,提出了項目進度控制的思路及措施。
[Abstract]:The progress control and management of construction project is always an important part of project management, and is also an important basic guarantee for the smooth implementation of construction project and putting it into use according to expectation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry on the necessary and continuous in-depth research on the progress control of construction projects. Based on the theory and method of construction project schedule management and control, taking the Ganquan production base of Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant as an example, this paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the construction project schedule and control. It is a practical application of project management theory, schedule planning and control theory in practical engineering, which can provide a certain reference for schedule management and control of similar construction projects. Taking the project of Ganquan production Base of Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant as an example, this paper studies the progress control and management of construction project. The first part of the paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research, analyzes and discusses the current research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the main contents of the paper. The third part briefly introduces the general situation of the construction project of the production base of Ganquan in Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant, which lays the groundwork for the analysis and research after that; the fourth part of the paper compiles the progress plan of the production base project of Ganquan in Xiashi Bay Oil production Plant. The fifth part analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of the project schedule, and puts forward the ideas and measures of the project schedule control according to the specific work situation of the project.
