A公司SAP工廠維護(hù)模塊項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用管理問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:日益加劇的國(guó)際化市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)促使企業(yè)不斷地研究和利用先進(jìn)的管理技術(shù),以提高企業(yè)資源配置效率和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最有效的手段之一是建立信息化的企業(yè)資源管理體系。但是在信息化建設(shè)和管理的過(guò)程中,由于資金、人力、管理、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等原因,往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的問(wèn)題,無(wú)法達(dá)到預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。在通向“工業(yè)4.0”和“中國(guó)制造2025”的變革之路上,汽車(chē)工業(yè)作為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)會(huì)。A公司作為領(lǐng)先的汽車(chē)零部件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之一,也要緊跟汽車(chē)工業(yè)的發(fā)展,以順應(yīng)信息化時(shí)代,提高管理效率,加強(qiáng)成本管控。設(shè)備管理是資產(chǎn)密集型企業(yè)管理的重點(diǎn),其生產(chǎn)管理費(fèi)用比重大,責(zé)任重大,專業(yè)廣泛,人員構(gòu)成復(fù)雜,涉及部門(mén)眾多?紤]到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的不斷壯大,如何在保證產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量的前提下,有效的管理和控制設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用,提高設(shè)備可靠性和使用效率,已是眾多決策中的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。SAP系統(tǒng)將現(xiàn)代化的管理思想和手段與企業(yè)相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)企業(yè)資源的集中管理,其子模塊SAP-PM工廠維護(hù)模塊所倡導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備管理理念,為資產(chǎn)密集型企業(yè)的設(shè)備管理提供了高效的解決方案。因此,啟動(dòng)SAP-PM工廠維護(hù)項(xiàng)目就顯得尤為迫切,是很有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。本文以A公司SAP-PM工廠維護(hù)模塊的項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用為對(duì)象,從項(xiàng)目管理的角度研究了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過(guò)程,以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、成本和質(zhì)量可控,完成項(xiàng)目預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。文章首先論述了SAP工廠維護(hù)模塊的研究背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及本文研究的內(nèi)容與研究的方法,并介紹了項(xiàng)目管理的理論基礎(chǔ),包括了項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)理論,PDCA循環(huán)的方法和目標(biāo)管理體系理論。接著介紹了SAP系統(tǒng)及其子模塊,以及A公司的基本情況和SAP-PM項(xiàng)目背景、實(shí)施范圍、實(shí)施方法和程序,并分析了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的意義。在SAP-PM項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃管理方面,闡述了SAP-PM項(xiàng)目的組織、業(yè)務(wù)流程的設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施計(jì)劃的制定、可行性分析及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制。然后詳細(xì)介紹了A公司SAP-PM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的過(guò)程管理,包括方案設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、最終準(zhǔn)備以及上線支持等步驟,論述了各個(gè)步驟具體實(shí)施計(jì)劃的過(guò)程控制。最后,論述了SAP-PM項(xiàng)目完工后的檢查與處理,介紹了項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施結(jié)果的幾個(gè)方面,總結(jié)了幾個(gè)項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素,并論述了SAP-PM項(xiàng)目與其他管理模塊的整合。通過(guò)本文的研究,基于A公司構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)的、規(guī)范的SAP-PM工廠設(shè)備維護(hù)管理平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)有效的控制了維護(hù)成本,縮短了維護(hù)時(shí)間,規(guī)范了維護(hù)操作,提高了工廠設(shè)備的工作效率、可靠性以及維護(hù)管理的可控性,并為管理者的決策提供了準(zhǔn)確可靠的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),為企業(yè)提供了一套行之有效的設(shè)備管理解決方案,并為其他相關(guān)企業(yè)起著借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The increasingly fierce competition in the international market urges enterprises to continuously study and utilize advanced management technology in order to improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprise resource allocation. One of the most effective means is to establish an information enterprise resource management system. However, in the process of information construction and management, due to funds, manpower, management, inexperience and other reasons, there are often such problems, can not achieve the desired goal. On the way to "Industrial 4.0" and "made in China 2025", the automobile industry as a pillar industry faces enormous challenges and opportunities. A company, as one of the leading auto parts manufacturers, must also keep up with the development of the automobile industry. In order to comply with the information age, improve management efficiency, strengthen cost control. The equipment management is the key point of the capital intensive enterprise management, its production management expense proportion is big, the responsibility is heavy, the specialty is widespread, the personnel composition is complex, involves the department many. Considering the growing scale of production in enterprises, how to effectively manage and control the maintenance and repair costs of equipment and improve the reliability and efficiency of equipment under the premise of ensuring output and quality, SAP system is an urgent matter in many decisions. It combines the modern management ideas and means with the enterprise, realizes the centralized management of the whole enterprise resources, and the modern equipment management concept advocated by its sub-module SAP-PM factory maintenance module. For the asset-intensive enterprise equipment management to provide an efficient solution. Therefore, start SAP-PM factory maintenance project is particularly urgent, is very practical significance. Taking the project management application of SAP-PM factory maintenance module of company A as the object, this paper studies the whole process of project implementation from the point of view of project management, in order to achieve the project schedule, cost and quality controllable, and achieve the expected goal of the project. This paper first discusses the research background of SAP factory maintenance module, the current research situation at home and abroad, the contents and methods of this paper, and introduces the theoretical basis of project management. It includes the theory of project organization structure and the method of PDCA cycle and the theory of objective management system. Then it introduces the SAP system and its sub-modules, as well as the basic situation of A company and the background, implementation scope, implementation method and procedure of the SAP-PM project, and analyzes the significance of the project implementation. In the aspect of SAP-PM project planning management, the organization of SAP-PM project, the design of business process, the formulation of implementation plan, feasibility analysis and risk control are expounded. Then the process management of SAP-PM project implementation in A company is introduced in detail, including the steps of scheme design, system realization, final preparation and on-line support, and the process control of the concrete implementation plan of each step is discussed. Finally, this paper discusses the inspection and treatment of SAP-PM project after completion, introduces several aspects of project acceptance evaluation project implementation results, summarizes the key factors of successful implementation of several projects, and discusses the integration of SAP-PM project and other management modules. Through the research of this paper, a scientific and standard SAP-PM plant equipment maintenance and management platform is constructed based on A Company. The platform can effectively control the maintenance cost, shorten the maintenance time, standardize the maintenance operation, improve the working efficiency, reliability and controllability of the maintenance management. It also provides an accurate and reliable data basis for the decision of managers, provides a set of effective equipment management solutions for enterprises, and plays a reference role for other related enterprises.
