【摘要】：建筑工程中設(shè)計(jì)及施工階段都是比較重要的階段,當(dāng)一個(gè)分項(xiàng)或分部工程有多個(gè)實(shí)施方案時(shí),往往難以抉擇,本文應(yīng)用價(jià)值工程方法對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)階段的方案必選提供有效方法,因此,無(wú)論在建設(shè)工程的設(shè)計(jì)階段還是實(shí)施階段,應(yīng)用價(jià)值工程理論對(duì)提高工程質(zhì)量、降低工程成本等均有較大幫助。價(jià)值工程是一種新型的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)分析方法,在建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,價(jià)值工程研究的是在滿(mǎn)足必要功能的基礎(chǔ)上,如何降低對(duì)象的成本,使對(duì)象的結(jié)構(gòu)更為合理,而不單純的追求功能齊全或成本最低;價(jià)值工程是一種成熟的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)思想和管理措施;如何運(yùn)用價(jià)值工程及如何用好價(jià)值工程對(duì)提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有大大的幫助。那么,價(jià)值工程在地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)階段有什么應(yīng)用價(jià)值呢,近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)城市建設(shè)進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),在建筑、水利、橋梁、交通等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域遇到的不良地基越來(lái)越多,保證地基基礎(chǔ)的穩(wěn)定是整個(gè)建筑物的根本,地基處理的方法很多種,如:CFG樁、振沖碎石樁、水泥土攪拌樁等,如何選擇最為合理的地基處理的方法,確定施工方案做為一個(gè)課題來(lái)研究,本文借鑒了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用價(jià)值工程的成功案例,計(jì)劃應(yīng)用價(jià)值工程對(duì)項(xiàng)目的地基處理設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行分析,如何提高建筑物整體的價(jià)值,主要通過(guò)價(jià)值分析來(lái)進(jìn)行,使建筑物的功能與成本向匹配,發(fā)揮投資效益,從而為工程項(xiàng)目管理人員進(jìn)行工程決策提供參考。誠(chéng)然,地基處理針對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)只是冰山一角,本文旨在提出一種合理選擇設(shè)計(jì)方案的一種方法,拿出地基處理的成功案例做為分析,目的在于說(shuō)明價(jià)值工程在建筑工程各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,各個(gè)階段都能得到廣泛的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The stage of design and construction is very important in the construction engineering. When there are more than one implementation plan in a sub-project or a sub-project, it is difficult to choose. This paper applies the method of value engineering to provide an effective method for the project in the stage of engineering design. Therefore, the application of the theory of value engineering is of great help to the improvement of engineering quality and the reduction of engineering cost, both in the design stage and in the implementation stage of the construction project. Value engineering is a new economic and technical analysis method, which is widely used in the design and construction of building engineering. Value engineering studies how to reduce the cost of objects on the basis of satisfying the necessary functions. So that the structure of the object is more reasonable than the simple pursuit of complete functions or the lowest cost, value engineering is a mature technical and economic ideas and management measures; How to use value engineering and how to make good use of value engineering are of great help to improve the economic benefits of enterprises. Well, what is the application value of value engineering in the foundation design phase? in recent years, with the continuous progress of urban construction in our country, more and more bad foundations have been encountered in the fields of construction, water conservancy, bridges, transportation and so on. To ensure the stability of foundation foundation is the foundation of the whole building. There are many methods for foundation treatment, such as: CFG pile, vibratory gravel pile, cement soil mixing pile, etc. How to select the most reasonable method of foundation treatment? This paper uses the successful cases of applied value engineering in the industrial production project as reference, and plans to apply the value engineering to analyze the foundation treatment design scheme of the project. How to improve the overall value of the building is mainly carried out through value analysis so as to make the function of the building match with the cost and bring into play the benefit of investment so as to provide a reference for the project managers to make engineering decisions. To be sure, foundation treatment is only the tip of the iceberg for the whole project. The purpose is to show that value engineering can be widely developed in all fields of construction engineering.
