基于SOA的企業(yè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì),企業(yè)的發(fā)展必須要以科研作為基礎(chǔ),擁有一套完善的科研體系已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今企業(yè)發(fā)展的基石,另一方面,企業(yè)大規(guī)模、高投入地進(jìn)行企業(yè)信息化建設(shè),最終將科研管理信息已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。企業(yè)科研信息管理如何在企業(yè)局域網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化,這是企業(yè)科研機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題?蒲行畔⒐芾淼臄(shù)字化是以企業(yè)局域網(wǎng)為背景的一種新型數(shù)字化的工作環(huán)境,其運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),在企業(yè)內(nèi)部辦公網(wǎng)、內(nèi)務(wù)資源網(wǎng)、公眾信息網(wǎng)以及科研資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存的基礎(chǔ)上建立起開放的交互式管理和服務(wù)系統(tǒng),超越時(shí)間、空間和部門分隔的制約,向企業(yè)內(nèi)外提供高效優(yōu)質(zhì)、規(guī)范透明的科研管理與服務(wù),同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)科研組織結(jié)構(gòu)、科技資源和工作流程的重組優(yōu)化。科研項(xiàng)目是衡量一個(gè)企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建設(shè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng),為企業(yè)的職工和科研管理人員,提供具有開放性、靈活性,面向企業(yè)應(yīng)用服務(wù)的信息化管理與交流平臺(tái),是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)科研資源管理科學(xué)化、信息化的必要前提和基本途徑。大力推進(jìn)科研系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化建設(shè),已成為企業(yè)科研機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變管理職能、轉(zhuǎn)變工作方式和作風(fēng),進(jìn)一步提高工作質(zhì)量和效率,建立辦事高效、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)、行為規(guī)范的管理體制的重要任務(wù)?蒲泄芾淼男畔⒒ㄔO(shè)不僅可以大大提高企業(yè)的工作效率,縮短辦事時(shí)間,優(yōu)化辦事程序,同時(shí)還有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)科研項(xiàng)目及成果公開、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目監(jiān)督管理。目前,以SOA思想結(jié)構(gòu)為指導(dǎo)的企業(yè)數(shù)字化建設(shè)已成為一個(gè)主流的發(fā)展方向,并隨著發(fā)展得到近一步的完善。本文從面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)(SOA,Service-Oriented Architecture)的基礎(chǔ)理論為出發(fā),闡述了SOA的概念、特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)以及體系結(jié)構(gòu),然后結(jié)合.net平臺(tái)的相關(guān)技術(shù)架構(gòu),以企業(yè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng)為案例,對(duì)架構(gòu)中的主要模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析說(shuō)明,得出了基于SOA的企業(yè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。基于SOA的企業(yè)科研信息管理平臺(tái)結(jié)合了SOA的特點(diǎn),是一種粗粒度、松散耦合的平臺(tái),主要是針對(duì)于科研項(xiàng)目和專利等科研信息的錄入及維護(hù),高效透明地進(jìn)行成果申報(bào)、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、科研工作量考核工作。企業(yè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)整個(gè)企業(yè)科研人員和科研管理人員開放。企業(yè)科研信息管理系統(tǒng)可為企業(yè)建立一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的科研管理和服務(wù)環(huán)境,以“項(xiàng)目管理”、“成果管理”、“考評(píng)管理”、“統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表”為主要功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)科研項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)上信息和質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、結(jié)果的有效管理及全程監(jiān)控。在項(xiàng)目管理上,以項(xiàng)目的生命周期為主線,主要設(shè)置項(xiàng)目信息子系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施子系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目結(jié)題子系統(tǒng),其中包含項(xiàng)目信息概覽、項(xiàng)目信息管理、項(xiàng)目檢索、項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出、項(xiàng)目審核、項(xiàng)目日志管理、項(xiàng)目年檢管理、項(xiàng)目結(jié)題管理等模塊。實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)范管理,達(dá)到提高工作效率和管理水平的目的。同時(shí),針對(duì)企業(yè)科研信息項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)加入企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的申報(bào)和審核流程。在成果管理上,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目成果從登記、鑒定到獲獎(jiǎng)的管理。主要包括成果登記管理、成果鑒定管理、成果獲獎(jiǎng)管理、其他成果管理和專利管理等模塊。便于科技管理部門及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地掌握整個(gè)企業(yè)科技成果情況,促進(jìn)科技計(jì)劃成果的推廣應(yīng)用。同時(shí),針對(duì)企業(yè)成果管理的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)加入科研成果審核流程。系統(tǒng)還提供高效的查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目的統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范化管理。在系統(tǒng)管理中,系統(tǒng)提供了角色定義、權(quán)限劃分、用戶管理、數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)的功能。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the development of enterprises must be based on scientific research, and a set of perfect scientific research system has become the cornerstone of the development of enterprises. On the other hand, enterprise large-scale, high investment in the construction of enterprise information, and finally the information of scientific research management has become the trend of enterprise development. The realization of digitalization on the basis of the local area network is a problem that the enterprise scientific research institutions must face. The digitalization of scientific research information management is a new digital working environment with the background of the enterprise LAN. It uses modern computer and network technology to do public network, internal resources network, public information network and scientific research in the enterprise. On the basis of resource database storage, an open and interactive management and service system is established, which exceeds the constraints of time, space and division. It provides high efficiency, high quality, standardized and transparent scientific research management and service to the enterprise, and realizes the restructuring and optimization of scientific research organization, scientific and technological resources and working process. The important standard of the comprehensive strength of the industry is to build the information management system for scientific research, and provide the information management and communication platform which is open, flexible and oriented to the enterprise application service for the employees and scientific research managers of the enterprises. It is the necessary prerequisite and basic way to realize the scientific and informalization of the management of the enterprise's scientific research resources. Digital construction has become an important task for enterprise scientific research institutions to change management functions, change work style and style, to further improve work quality and efficiency, to establish an important task of management system with high efficiency, coordination and behavior. The information construction of scientific research management can not only greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise, but also shorten the time of business. At present, the digital construction of enterprises with the guidance of SOA thought structure has become a mainstream development direction, and it has been improved with the development of SOA, Service-Oriented Architecture. Based on the basic theory, this paper expounds the concept, characteristics, advantages and architecture of SOA, then combines the related technical architecture of the.Net platform, takes the enterprise scientific research information management system as a case, and gives a detailed analysis of the main modules in the framework, and draws the design structure of the enterprise scientific research information management system based on SOA. Based on the SOA The enterprise scientific research information management platform combines the characteristics of SOA. It is a coarse grained and loosely coupled platform. It mainly aims at the entry and maintenance of scientific research information, such as scientific research projects and patents, and efficiently and transparently carry out the results declaration, reward, and scientific research work. The research information management system of the enterprise is open. The enterprise scientific research information management system can establish a network scientific research management and service environment for the enterprise, and design the main function with "project management", "achievement management", "evaluation management" and "statistical report" as the main function to realize the effective management and whole management of the information and quality of scientific research projects, progress and results. In project management, the project management, taking the life cycle of the project as the main line, mainly sets up the project information subsystem, the project implementation subsystem, the project node subsystem, which includes the project information overview, project information management, project retrieval, project import and export, project audit, project log management, project annual inspection management, project problem management and other models. To achieve the goal of improving the efficiency and management level of the project. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the enterprise scientific research information project management, the system joins the application and audit process of the enterprise project.
