【摘要】：2010年,自開始開展城鄉(xiāng)居民社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理及信息一體化建設(shè)以來(lái),全國(guó)各地、各層級(jí)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)新項(xiàng)目、新措施、新軟件層出不窮取得優(yōu)異成績(jī)的同時(shí),隨之而來(lái)的弊端也逐漸顯現(xiàn),就此,為了規(guī)范社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息一體化過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)則及實(shí)施規(guī)范,確保全國(guó)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)信息一體化工作開展的一致性,同時(shí)也為全國(guó)信息一體化打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。本文就社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)及一體化的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景提出了各個(gè)層次的解決方案。如從保險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)采集到實(shí)施框架,從總體布局、應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)到每個(gè)分支的系統(tǒng)功能及管理系統(tǒng)的落地實(shí)施、公司對(duì)接、信息一體化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)人群、實(shí)際操作中應(yīng)急問(wèn)題的解決、突發(fā)事件的消解、未來(lái)一體化發(fā)展方向進(jìn)一步構(gòu)想,體系不斷建設(shè)完善等方面都有著較深入的介紹。從而體現(xiàn)出本文在本領(lǐng)域突顯的實(shí)用價(jià)值和借鑒意義。本文從多個(gè)角度結(jié)合實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)遼寧省及沈陽(yáng)市的一些信息化建設(shè)過(guò)程中遇到的特殊問(wèn)題和取得的優(yōu)異成績(jī)進(jìn)行梳理并深入分析,完成了有關(guān)可行性和系統(tǒng)體系需求性分析,并且將整體設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)架,設(shè)計(jì)思路應(yīng)用于實(shí)際運(yùn)行當(dāng)中。在設(shè)計(jì)框架上,本論文應(yīng)用了MVC設(shè)計(jì)模型,基于甲骨文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、微軟SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)支撐,將社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)中的項(xiàng)目管理、業(yè)務(wù)支撐、邏輯控制、區(qū)間展示等一一展現(xiàn)。本文對(duì)于城鄉(xiāng)居民社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)的梳理、模塊區(qū)分、流程改進(jìn)、信息對(duì)接等模塊均有獨(dú)到見解,對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)居民社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理及信息一體化工作具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In 2010, since the beginning of urban and rural residents' social insurance project management and information integration construction, all over the country, all levels of the insurance industry new projects, new measures, new software continue to achieve excellent results at the same time, In order to standardize the problems in the process of integration of social insurance information, the state has issued a series of standards and norms. To ensure the consistency of the national social insurance information integration work, but also to lay a solid foundation for the national information integration. In this paper, the social insurance project management system and integration of the application of the various levels of solutions. Such as from the insurance project data collection to the implementation framework, from the overall layout, application design to each branch of the system function and management system landing implementation, company docking, information integration structure design, service people, The solution of emergency problems in practical operation, the resolution of unexpected events, the further conception of the development direction of integration in the future, the continuous construction and perfection of the system are all introduced in depth. Thus reflecting the practical value and reference significance of this paper in this field. This paper combs and analyzes the special problems and outstanding achievements in the process of information construction in Liaoning Province and Shenyang City from many angles combined with practical experience, and completes the feasibility and system demand analysis. And the overall design framework, design ideas applied to the actual operation. In the design framework, this paper applies MVC design model, based on Oracle database, Microsoft SQL database support, social insurance project management, business support, logical control, interval display. This paper has a unique view on the combing of urban and rural residents' social insurance system, module differentiation, process improvement, information docking and other modules, which has a certain reference value for urban and rural residents' social insurance project management and information integration work.
