【摘要】：隨著淄博師專新校區(qū)的建成,淄博師專為了優(yōu)化和綠化校園教師公寓和綜合教學(xué)樓的自然環(huán)境,為廣大師生提供一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)和休閑的生活空間,通過投標(biāo)決定由淄博原山綠地花園綠化工程有限公司承包,開展淄博師專庭院綠化項(xiàng)目。為確保該項(xiàng)目的按時(shí)高質(zhì)量完成,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理分析,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、系統(tǒng)分析、案例分析等手段對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和控制進(jìn)行研究。通過對(duì)以下幾方面的分析：1.分析淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)具體情況,合理制定淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的總體規(guī)劃2.分析淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量形成的過程,研究淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目各參與方對(duì)質(zhì)量要求的不同要求,確保質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的順利完成。3.論文以質(zhì)量管理為具體內(nèi)容,從施工準(zhǔn)備階段、采購過程、施工過程、竣工驗(yàn)收階段等方面進(jìn)行多方面闡述,從而使淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制達(dá)到控制目標(biāo)。其中,施工準(zhǔn)備階段的質(zhì)量控制主要包括施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、施工項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)劃及規(guī)章制度、人員部門責(zé)任分配、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備等：采購過程的質(zhì)量控制主要包括編制采購方案、采購的質(zhì)保和資質(zhì)要求：施工過程的質(zhì)量要求主要有適當(dāng)?shù)墓芾泶胧?技術(shù)措施、經(jīng)濟(jì)措施等,完善的施工項(xiàng)目的合同管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、生產(chǎn)管理、信息管理、組織協(xié)調(diào)管理等；竣工驗(yàn)收階段的質(zhì)量控制主要包括竣工驗(yàn)收的依據(jù)、程序,辦理竣工結(jié)算和移交手續(xù)等。進(jìn)一步從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)、協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量信息、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管等方面進(jìn)行完善,確保淄博師專庭院綠化工程項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn).本文通過對(duì)淄博師專庭院綠化園林綠化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制內(nèi)容的研究,提出的控制方法對(duì)校園園林綠化工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,為工程管理者提供可靠的決策依據(jù)。同時(shí),對(duì)園林工程項(xiàng)目和其他類似工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制將提供有價(jià)值的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the completion of the new campus of Zibo Teachers' College, Zibo Teachers College provides a good living space for teachers and students to study and relax in order to optimize and greener the natural environment of campus teachers' apartments and comprehensive teaching buildings. Through bidding decision by Zibo Yuanshan Green Garden Greening Engineering Co., Ltd. to carry out Zibo Teachers College courtyard greening project. In order to ensure the timely and high quality completion of the project, the project quality management analysis is carried out, and the quality planning and control of the project are studied by means of literature research, systematic analysis, case analysis, etc. By analyzing the following aspects: 1. This paper analyzes the concrete situation of the courtyard greening project construction in Zibo Teachers College, and reasonably formulates the overall plan for the quality control of the courtyard greening project in Zibo Teachers College. This paper analyzes the quality forming process of the courtyard greening project in Zibo Teachers College, studies the different requirements of the participants of the courtyard greening project in Zibo Teachers College, and ensures the smooth completion of the quality target .3. This paper takes the quality management as the concrete content, from the construction preparation stage, the purchase process, the construction process, the completion acceptance stage and so on aspect carries on the elaboration, thus causes the Zibo teachers college courtyard greening project quality control to achieve the control goal. Among them, the quality control in the construction preparation stage mainly includes the construction organization design, the quality plan, the construction project management plan and the rules and regulations, the personnel department responsibility assignment, Construction site preparation and so on: the quality control of the procurement process mainly includes the preparation of the purchase plan, the quality assurance and qualification requirements of the procurement; the quality requirements of the construction process mainly include appropriate management measures, technical measures, economic measures, etc. Perfect contract management, site management, production management, information management, organization and coordination management, etc. The quality control of the completion and acceptance stage mainly includes the basis of completion acceptance, the procedure, the completion settlement and transfer procedures, etc. Further from the standard system, coordination organization, quality information, quality supervision and other aspects to improve, to ensure Zibo Teachers College courtyard greening project objectives to achieve smoothly. Through the study of the quality control content of the garden greening project of Zibo Teachers College, the control method proposed in this paper has a strong practical guiding significance for the quality control of the campus garden greening project. To provide a reliable basis for project managers to make decisions. At the same time, it will provide valuable reference for the quality control of garden engineering projects and other similar projects.
