【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力逐年增加,我國(guó)高等教育的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也在不斷增加,在科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)同樣不斷增加。圖書館作為高等學(xué)校的重要組成部分,成為各個(gè)高校爭(zhēng)相建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一。圖書館由于規(guī)模較大、建設(shè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、費(fèi)用高等特點(diǎn),符合項(xiàng)目管理的特征,因此可以從項(xiàng)目管理的角度來研究圖書館建設(shè)問題,尤其是解決其運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)化問題。本文通過項(xiàng)目管理理論分析和研究,得出圖書館運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)化后的結(jié)論:首先,由于學(xué)校圖書館的建設(shè)已經(jīng)上升到戰(zhàn)略地位的發(fā)展,然而,傳統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和管理模式已經(jīng)處在淘汰邊緣,所以,我國(guó)有的高等學(xué)校圖書館建設(shè)已經(jīng)引入項(xiàng)目管理模式,并取得了一定的成果。其次,當(dāng)前的大學(xué)圖書館還存在或多或少的問題,這些問題可以概括為工作計(jì)劃、組織、資源配置等問題的不合理性,缺乏人文精神,管理觀念落后等問題,管理水平和質(zhì)量不高的缺陷,學(xué)校圖書館資源相對(duì)缺乏和其他方面的建設(shè)等問題。大學(xué)圖書館在運(yùn)營(yíng)方面引入項(xiàng)目管理理論指導(dǎo)可以清晰地掌握到項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展和出現(xiàn)的問題。通過組建項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì),建立大學(xué)圖書館活動(dòng),確定項(xiàng)目管理程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)等。最后,在高校圖書館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理過程中應(yīng)注意實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)范化管理,提高各種項(xiàng)目管理制度,提高教育過程的項(xiàng)目管理水平,注重總結(jié)和評(píng)估,加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目管理活動(dòng),通過高校圖書館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理,再加上系統(tǒng)性的保障氛圍等,大學(xué)校園圖書館的建設(shè)必將得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, the pressure of competition is increasing year by year. The competition of higher education in China is increasing, and competition in the field of scientific research is also increasing. As an important part of higher education, the library has become one of the key projects in the construction of various colleges and Universities. The library has a large scale, long construction time and high cost. The characteristics of the project management are in line with the characteristics of project management, so we can study the problem of library construction from the point of view of project management, especially to solve the problem of its operation optimization. Through the analysis and research of project management theory, the conclusion of library operation optimization is obtained. First, the construction of the school library has risen to the strategic position. However, the traditional construction and management model has been in the edge of elimination, so the construction of the University Library in our country has already introduced the project management model and has made some achievements. Secondly, there are still more or less problems in the current university library. These problems can be summarized as work plan, organization, resource allocation and so on. The problems of the problem, the lack of humanistic spirit, the backward management concept, the poor management level and the poor quality, the relative lack of resources in the school library and the construction of other aspects. The introduction of the project management theory guidance in the operation of the university library can clearly grasp the progress and problems of the project. To build the project management team, establish the activities of the University Library and determine the realization of the project management procedure. Finally, in the course of the operation and management of the university library, we should pay attention to the standardization management, improve the management system of various projects, improve the level of project management in the education process, pay attention to the summary and evaluation, strengthen the project management activities and pass the university map. Library construction project management, coupled with a systematic guarantee atmosphere, etc., the construction of university library will surely get better development.
