【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,科學(xué)信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和日趨成熟,企業(yè)的管理相應(yīng)地從原始化管理模式進(jìn)入到信息化模式,在面對(duì)龐大的財(cái)務(wù)信息時(shí),如何正確、高效的管理這些資源——財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了。國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)利用IT技術(shù),構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、核心業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)等管理平臺(tái),這樣才能迅速適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的需求,快速成長(zhǎng)。通過企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)和平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建,從而有效運(yùn)用國(guó)內(nèi)外的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的優(yōu)秀方法提供了可以運(yùn)用應(yīng)用和管理平臺(tái)。國(guó)內(nèi)電力企業(yè)可以將項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)方法和理論運(yùn)用到企業(yè)整體運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理全過程之中,這樣既能提高項(xiàng)目管理質(zhì)量也能有效提高工作人員的工作效率。電力企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化運(yùn)用過程中,需要遵守項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論和方法,既要貼近電力企業(yè)現(xiàn)存的管理模式和流程,同時(shí)也需要在現(xiàn)存的管理模式和流程進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和升級(jí)改造。首先需要對(duì)電力企業(yè)現(xiàn)存的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式和流程的分析和研究,尤其需要對(duì)可能財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)搭建進(jìn)度的原因進(jìn)行深層剖析,從而使得電力企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)這一項(xiàng)目在具體的實(shí)施過程都會(huì)處在科學(xué)可控的狀態(tài),達(dá)到能保證電力企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的搭建保質(zhì)保量完成并用于實(shí)踐。真正做到高水平化的信息化管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè),能帶企業(yè)管理水平有效提升。本文基于項(xiàng)目管理的理論和方法,應(yīng)用信息化管理技術(shù)對(duì)電力企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入分析和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)施,并期望能構(gòu)建出一套與國(guó)內(nèi)電力類企業(yè)需求相符合的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施方法財(cái)務(wù)的管理信息化是電力企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的重要組成部分,可以高效的整合企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù),給企業(yè)帶來巨大利益和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the continuous development and maturation of scientific information technology, the management of enterprises has correspondingly moved from the original management mode to the information mode. In the face of the huge financial information, how to be correct? Efficient management of these resources-financial management system has emerged. Domestic enterprises use IT technology to construct financial management system, core business system and other management platform, so as to quickly adapt to the needs of the market economy and grow rapidly. Through the construction of enterprise information management system and platform, the excellent methods of financial management at home and abroad can be applied and managed effectively. Domestic electric power enterprises can apply the relevant methods and theories of project management to the whole operation and management process of enterprises, which can not only improve the quality of project management but also improve the working efficiency of staff. In the application of financial management information, electric power enterprises should abide by the relevant theories and methods of project management, and should be close to the existing management mode and process of electric power enterprises. At the same time, there is a need to innovate and upgrade existing management models and processes. First of all, it is necessary to analyze and study the existing financial management mode and process of electric power enterprises, especially the reasons for the possible progress of financial management system. In order to make the electric power enterprise financial management system in the specific implementation process will be in a scientific and controllable state to ensure the power enterprise financial management system construction quality and quantity to be completed and used in practice. To achieve a high level of information management system construction, can effectively improve the level of enterprise management. Based on the theory and method of project management, this paper deeply analyzes, designs and implements the financial management system of electric power enterprises by using the technology of information management. And expect to build a set of financial management system in line with the needs of domestic electric power enterprises. Implementation method of system Project Financial Management Informatization is an important part of electric power enterprise information construction. It can effectively integrate enterprise finance and bring great benefits and competitive advantages to enterprises.
