BIM技術(shù)在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用與對(duì)策

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段BIM技術(shù)已經(jīng)被我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)所知曉。工程建設(shè)的各參與方包括國(guó)內(nèi)的一些建筑設(shè)計(jì)公司、地產(chǎn)公司、施工企業(yè)及預(yù)制構(gòu)件廠,這些企業(yè)都紛紛成立BIM技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)開(kāi)始嘗試BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房建設(shè)中,但在應(yīng)用過(guò)程中仍面臨著一些問(wèn)題。 本文應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法,從國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)方面,闡述了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式以及BIM技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的綜述,引出了BIM技術(shù)現(xiàn)階段的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和發(fā)展前景。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析法,總結(jié)了BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用軟件,并將不同軟件進(jìn)行了技術(shù)分析與比較。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研法,總結(jié)了BIM技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,以及建筑業(yè)內(nèi)的龍頭企業(yè)的具體做法。分別列舉了不同項(xiàng)目參與方的BIM應(yīng)用,并分析了BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用的不同層次。通過(guò)實(shí)證分析法,將BIM技術(shù)在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,并與普通保障性住房建設(shè)進(jìn)行差異性分析,總結(jié)出BIM技術(shù)在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)專家訪談法,分析并提出了BIM技術(shù)在應(yīng)用中面臨的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)參與方分別提出了對(duì)策建議。 通過(guò)本文的研究可以得出結(jié)論,在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的保障性住房建設(shè)中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù),能夠顯著加快施工速度,實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)代化。包括預(yù)制構(gòu)件工廠化、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工裝配化、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)信息化和項(xiàng)目管理集成化。通過(guò)碰撞檢測(cè)、5D模擬等應(yīng)用,能夠降低工程造價(jià),節(jié)約成本。但BIM技術(shù)在我國(guó)廣泛推廣還存在一定的問(wèn)題,但相信通過(guò)全行業(yè)的工程技術(shù)人員的共同努力,BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用道路上的阻礙會(huì)被逐一克服,BIM技術(shù)會(huì)不斷發(fā)展,并在建筑業(yè)普及,,建筑業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率會(huì)不斷提高,以此帶動(dòng)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。在理論的指導(dǎo),需求的牽引,政策的推動(dòng)等等合力的共同作用下,BIM技術(shù)與工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)方式的結(jié)合必定會(huì)再一次給建筑業(yè)掀起技術(shù)革命,成為建筑業(yè)無(wú)可替代的必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:At this stage, BIM technology has been known in China's construction industry.The participants in the project include a number of domestic architectural design companies, real estate companies, construction enterprises and prefabricated component factories, all of which have set up BIM technology research and development teams.Domestic enterprises began to try to apply BIM technology in the construction of affordable housing in industrialized production mode, but there are still some problems in the process of application.In this paper, the development status of industrial production mode and BIM technology is expounded from two aspects of foreign and domestic by means of literature survey. Through the summary of BIM technology, the application field and development prospect of BIM technology at the present stage are elicited.Through comparative analysis, the application software of BIM technology is summarized, and the technical analysis and comparison of different software are carried out.This paper summarizes the application of BIM technology in the indemnificatory housing of the industrial production mode in China and the concrete methods of leading enterprises in the construction industry.The BIM applications of different project participants are listed, and the different levels of BIM technology application are analyzed.Through the empirical analysis, the BIM technology is applied in the affordable housing project of the industrialized production mode, and the difference between the construction of the ordinary affordable housing and the common affordable housing is analyzed.This paper summarizes the advantages of BIM technology in the application of the industrial production mode of affordable housing.Through the method of expert interview, this paper analyzes and puts forward the problems in the application of BIM technology, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for each participant in the construction project.Through the research in this paper, we can draw a conclusion that the application of BIM technology in the construction of the affordable housing in the industrialized production mode can accelerate the construction speed and realize the modernization of the construction project.Including factory-based prefabricated components, site construction assembly, production and management information and project management integration.Through the application of collision detection and 5D simulation, the project cost can be reduced and the cost can be saved.However, there are still some problems in the wide spread of BIM technology in China. However, it is believed that through the joint efforts of engineers and technicians in the whole industry, the obstacles in the application of BIM technology will be overcome one by one and will continue to develop and be popularized in the construction industry.The production efficiency of the construction industry will continue to improve, in order to promote social progress and development.The combination of BIM technology and industrialized mode of production will once again set off a technological revolution for the construction industry and become an irreplaceable inevitable trend of the construction industry under the joint action of the guidance of theory, the traction of demand, the promotion of policy, and so on.
